Great Little House!
Bring an axe! Fire starters are provided, the wood however was not cut down enough. I ended up buying one to split some wood. The in-wall cadet heaters struggled a bit to keep the house warm without a fire, it was about 25 degrees out. There was only two of us at the house, and the second person usually ran out of hot water in the shower, so be warned. Other than those extremely minor inconveniences, the house was amazing, would book again for sure.

There is a spiral staircase which is difficult for some people. The downstairs bathroom toilet space is quite small. The description of a cabin in quite correct. We appreciated all the wood available.
5 Aspen Butte
This house is charming! I loved the way it was decorated with warm and soothing colors and whimsical artwork. Everything you would need for cooking in the kitchen is there. If the weather isn't agreeable, there is plenty to do inside---watch a movie, play a game, or read a good book---it's all there. I can't name just one best thing, because there are three standout features of this house: the windows that look out to peaceful pine trees, the decks (oh my, the decks!) one that nearly surrounds the house, another that has a hot tub and a cozy seating area, and the third, upstairs deck, a perfect spot for a morning cup of coffee, a quiet place to read or view the scenery, or a relaxing place for a glass of wine. The third thing is the location. 5 Aspen Butte is the perfect distance for a nice walk to the river, it's close to the park, and it's not too far from the village. I hope to come back again! Soon!
