Your mountain retreat awaits! Classic lodge style home with everything you need for the perfect Sunriver getaway. Tucked away in the trees near Fort Rock Park, this spacious 4 bedroom home has room for the whole family.
Downstairs you'll find an open floor plan, with living room, kitchen, dining and family room areas all together. You'll find a gas fireplace in the family room with cable TV and DVD player. The updated kitchen has everything you'll need to whip up your family's favorite meals, and the adjacent dining room offers seating for 8 plus three more at the kitchen counter.
Downstairs you'll find the primary suite features a king bed, cable TV, private bathroom with shower and a walk in closet, laundry, and half guest bathroom can also be found on the mail level.
Upstairs you'll find 3 more bedrooms including a second king bedroom with private half bathroom, a queen bedroom, and a bedroom with a pyramid bunk plus a twin bed. A full bathroom with shower and tub is shared for these guests.
The large deck with gas BBQ serves at the perfect spot to gather and soak up the Sunriver sun or relax in the hot tub. The garage also has ping pong and mini air hockey for a little competitive fun!

The beds were SO comfy which is a huge want for me. The house layout was perfect for a large family as everyone had their own quarters and the noise didn’t travel from room to room as there are no adjoining bedroom walls. Communication with the host was super quick and helpful! Definitely recommend booking with them!

Filbert 19 was an excellent rental with many amenities to add to the experience! Bikes, hot tub, ping pong table and more! Good location to get to the highway and next to mini mart. Quiet at night. House cooled off quickly even in hot weather with provided fans!

This home was an excellent landing spot for a two family vacation. Three bedrooms upstairs meant one family parents were separated from their kids by a floor but was a non issue for our kids age group. The house was well stocked other than Shampoo, Conditioner, and body soap (bring your own). Communication with Bennington was a breeze.

This was a wonderful rental vacation and made for a great home base for my wife's 60th Birthday celebration. The kitchen was probably the best stocked rental we have ever stayed in, had literally everything you would need. The beds were comfortable, bikes were great fun, it is pet friendly and made for a great weekend.

Good location in quiet area right next to the trail system and close to the N Store. House is exceptionally well stocked with kitchen items, including spices, better than other homes we have rented at Sunriver over the past 17 years. Bikes are in very good condition and worked well for our family. Ping pong tourneys nightly in the garage for excitement.

There was a broken drawer in the Kitchen which you came out and fixed...Thank You. One of bench sits in the Front window broke when we lifted it up. I notified you about this but choose not to have someone come out right away to fixed. It appeared to me that it was broken before and hastily put back together with 3 or 4 small nails. Garbage cans were full which didn't allow us any room to put ours except on top of the cans,nothing that couldn't have been taken care of prior to renting.

We spend a couple weekends and a full week in Sunriver every year. We have stayed at plenty of homes here and this home was one of our favorites. The home is spacious and feels bigger than it looks. The appliances are newer, the furniture and beds are comfortable and well kept. The kids had plenty to do and were never bored. The rental agency was great to work with and very accommodating. I will be renting this home again soon. It was a family favorite.

This was our second visit to this property. It is a most comfortable and convenient vacation home. Unfortunately, our recent length of stay (three nights, not two) and departure time (Thursday morning, June 14) were communicated incorrectly or misunderstood. In addition, it would have made for a simpler arrival to exit Highway #97 at Cottonwood. Without a good map in hand, we found it complicated to locate Filbert Lane from the Village.

Lovely setting, and location within the village. Clean, light and modern of good quality home. Has decks, enclosed perimeter spa area, ping-pong table, and bicycles. Close enough to the pool facility for easy bike ride.

We really enjoyed our stay. The layout of the house is great for a family with older kids. Not only is the master separated from the other bedrooms but also there are two separate living areas which is nice when the adults want a little quiet from the teenagers! Very large dining table with plenty of room for the family to work puzzles and play board games. We have really enjoyed our vacation. If I had any suggestions it would be to include more kitchen towels, paper towels, and a griddle.

This house is very nice, although it could use a little attention in some areas. The master bedroom downstairs has a sliding glass door to the deck but the vertical blinds are missing a couple of slats, meaning the bike path looks straight into the bedroom. This could stand to be repaired for privacy.

Everything was fine except the microwave did not seem to operate correctly (took forever to warm leftovers) and the toilet in the upstairs 1/2 BATH was loose.

Filbert 19 has a great location with easy walking and biking and close to the park. The house itself needs some majopr updating. Mattresses were bad, not much deck furniture and what was there was very uncomfortable. The kitchen was well furnished and the ping pong table in the garage provided lots of fun time for the kids. Bennington Properties staff was very courteous and helpful.

Our stay at 19 Filbert was wonderful. The house was nice and clean, well furnished and in a great location. We were able to ride bikes to the SHARC and also the Village. The hot tub and ping pong table got a lot of use and helped to make this vacation great for our kids. Bennington Properties was great to work with as well.
