This was the perfect retreat for our family of 5! The kitchen was well stocked, there were lots of games and movies to choose from, and we even took advantage of the SHARC passes! The location was great, and made for a quick easy walk to the village. We will definitely stay here again!

This home has the perfect Sunriver vibe. It's beautifully decorated and has a very cozy feel. The kitchen is fully stocked, it had everything we needed and more. It was spotless upon arrival. Its location is great, close enough to walk to the Village, but far enough away to enjoy the quiet. We loved sitting on the decks and relaxing. We will definitely stay again.

Cozy house, hot tub on smaller side but worked for our family of 4. Did hear some train noise early in the morning that woke us up from the gently rattling artwork on the bedroom wall. Seems this could be remedied by some foam padding under the picture. Otherwise liked the location, close to village and SHARC. House was clean, good kitchen.

The home is as expected and we enjoyed our stay. Very conveniently located to the marketplace and Starbucks. Kitchen is very well-equipped. Layout was nice for our family with the bedrooms on the lower level. I may suggest bringing your own pillows as the ones provided are pretty flat, but that is personal preference. Trains are an issue, but you get used to it. We did enjoy the home and would stay again.

Perfect summer vacation in Sunriver

This home was perfect for our family of 5. Close to the village, sparkling clean, comfortable beds and sheets, plenty of towels, fully equipped kitchen. Master BR has a king bed, 2nd BR has a twin bunk and a full bed. 3 flat screen TVs, one in the living room and one in each bedroom. 4 adult bikes included. We ended up renting 2 kids bikes for our 9 year old and 6 year old at the Sunriver Bike Barn. Great layout with the 2 bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs and the open living, dining, and kitchen space upstairs. SHARC passes not included, but it ended up closing for the season anyway while we were there due to COVID. 3 separate outdoor decks/patios. The second bathroom had a door that opened out to the hot tub which made it easy to jump in the shower before or after a warm soak. Very comfortable and would totally stay here again.

• The home was very comfortable. From sitting in the living room watching a movie with the fireplace going, relaxing on the deck having coffee in the morning, to soaking in the hot tub. Loved the fact it was supplied with everything you could possibly need on vacation... lots of towels, toiletries, lots of extra cozy blankets, kitchen was amazing, board games and cards and good dvds. Everything was great !! Beautiful home... We will be back someday !!

This house was perfect for what we wanted - a relaxing get away. The house setup is great. It has a super comfy living room with a fireplace and the kitchen is fully stocked, even with things you didn't think you needed. There were lots of extra blankets in both the bedrooms and the living room as well as board and card games to play. The hot tub is private which was nice and the bedrooms were cozy as well (we appreciated the TV's in each one). Everything was very clean, well-stocked and welcoming. The house itself sits in a quiet area of Sunriver but it's close enough to want to walk to dine out, go shopping or swing by the market. Really, the location is ideal. There are bikes in the garage you can use if you don't want to walk and would rather ride around. We liked the house so much, we are already planning our next trip there in the spring. If you're on the fence, just trust me, go with this one. On another note, the customer service from Bennington Properties was amazing. We didn't fully read the instructions in the email before we headed down and were having trouble getting into the house. We called the office but it was outside their normal business hours. However, we were able to get a hold of someone to walk us through how to get in and someone else contacted us the next morning to ensure we got in okay. Their customer service was top-notch.

Our family of 5 thought this home was perfect for our winter retreat. The home was conveniently located, clean and loved the hot tub. The kitchen amenities allowed us to cook like we were at home. The staff also responded quickly when we had a question. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was perfect, I can't think of anything to improve on. As always Bennington's response to any text/email/question was fast and friendly (thank you Haylie!). This was not our first stay with Bennington and definitely won't be our last. Can't wait to return. This home was super clean which was important with Covid19 increasing. We felt very safe with their attention to cleanliness. The house was well appointed with quality kitchen ware, appliances, tv's, linens, spare blankets, towels, etc. Gas fireplace was great after walks in the snow and the furniture comfy. Hot tub was clean and perfect temp upon our arrival. We will rent this very relaxing home again!
