Inside this single story, tastefully upgraded Craftsman's Style condo you'll find gorgeous slate and hickory wood flooring, granite kitchen counter tops, lovely upgraded cabinetry and appliances.
This downstairs unit features 2 private outdoor patios and washer and dryer inside the home. The Powder Village Condos come with access to the community pool and hot tub and unlimited grassy views.

The primary suite features a King-sized bed, Smart TV and private bathroom.

This home was very cozy and inviting. The home is very well taken care of. Stocked with everything we needed on our vacation. Bennington Properties stayed in contact via text checking to ensure that our vacation was going well and we did not need for anything. To top it off they left a very personalized Anniversary card as my hubby & I were visiting for the first time and celebrating our 33rd wedding anniversary. They were so very thoughtful and even included a gift card to one of the local establishments. What a nice surprise!! We will definitely be back for a visit in the future and will tell a friend!
