It was cozy and comfortable, little short of individual seating on the patio. Easy walk to the grocery store.

This home was clean, well equipped and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The games in the garage, gaming console and the spa were great and gave us multiple options for fun. We enjoyed hours of bike rides and great food at the village.

We stayed in the Winter and it was fine but I can see how in the Summer this location could get noisy as it backs up the trail and main road.
Thank you for being our guest, Victoria! Summertime is wonderful in Sunriver, you'll have to come experience it! We'll look forward to welcoming you back :)

The location is wonderful- close to walking paths and to the Sun River Village. My husband and our teens enjoyed the hot tub, fireplace, ping pong, foosball and spacious home for the week before Christmas. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I give it a 2. Pros: Nice home, beautifully decorated and obviously a new rental as there isn't a ton of wear and tear. Cons: Location! It's on a very busy traffic circle and bike path. You can hear the traffic in Sunriver village. Not only that, but the side yard where the deck is serves a s a cut-through to almost a hundred homes. You have people literally walking and biking through your yard while you sit out on the deck for a drink or to eat dinner. There is no privacy. I wish we hadn't stayed here for that reason. I know there are other nicely decorated homes in way better locations.
Hi Marisa Thank you for taking the time to submit your review, I know other guests will appreciate the information provided. We'll be sure to share with others this home is recommended for those looking to be at the busy heart and center of Sunriver and Village since it backs up to the main entry round about at Beaver Drive and Abbot. And advise it's not recommended for those looking for privacy with peace and quite. We look forward to hosting you again.

We really enjoyed our stay at 6 Backwoods. It seems like it was recently remodeled. For us, the location was key. The house is very close to the grocery store, coffee shops & village – even walkable with our preschoolers. Despite the central location, we were not able to hear any car noise when inside the house & the hot tub is fully enclosed for privacy. We really enjoyed being on the circular cul-de-sac like street, as our young kids could safely scoot & run around with the other neighboring kids (we brought our own scooters for the kids, but us adults used the provided bikes which worked well). The deck is nice to hang out on, & the piped in propane to the grill is a nice convenience. Throughout the house there are a lot of storage baskets, hooks & hangers available to use. The kitchen was very well stocked with most every appliance and utensil we needed for cooking (we only wished we had had a meat thermometer). The house is well equipped with a few toys, stools, DVDs etc. for little ones which was great for us – but these things are also easily hidden in the closets if one doesn't have a need for them. Overall a very fun stay in Sunriver!

The house backs up to Abbot drive which could be an issue on busy days. There is an unofficial trail that is heavily used adjacent the deck so its not private at all. The bed height could be too tall for older people or people with mobility issues.
