Welcome to 3 Otter Lane – your cozy Sunriver retreat! This charming two-level home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests with plenty of space to relax and make memories together.
Step inside to a bright, inviting living room with a wood-burning fireplace, comfy sofa, loveseat, and armchair—the perfect spot to unwind with a good movie on the large flat-screen TV. Hardwood floors flow into the dining area, where a table for six sits next to the fully stocked kitchen. With stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and a breakfast bar, meal prep is a breeze.
Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious king bedroom with a workstation, a queen bedroom, and a fun bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunks, perfect for kids or extra guests. There’s a full bathroom on each level for everyone’s convenience.
Outside, enjoy the low open deck, fire up the BBQ, or soak in the private hot tub under the stars. Four adult bikes are included so you can easily explore Sunriver’s 30+ miles of scenic bike paths right from your door.
Please note: This home has a front door camera and strictly enforces a no-pet policy due to severe homeowner allergies.

Very clean and convenient location. The whole house, including the kitchen was very well stocked. The quality of the cooking tools, especially the pans, was disappointing. They were heat warped and dented, which made cooking more difficult.

The proper is awesome! The web site description is accurate. The house was clean and has all necessary stuff (towels, plates, forks etc.) for our vacation! I was so happy to see dry wood in the garage for the fire place. Also, it's very close to the mountains, 25 minutes away. Generally, me and friends of mine are satisfied and happy, and we would rent the house next year.

We are a family of 6 stayed here during our ski trip. It’s close to Mt Bachelor and Bend. Sunriver has a nice village area with restaurants and shopping within walking distance of the house. Property itself is fine but not exceptional. The hot tub is a good addition after ski days.

Great location! Close to the village and easily within waking distance. This is basically across the street from the SHARC. The property management was easy to communicate with and responsed to any questions we had within minutes. The kitchen had your basic pots, pans, dishes, utensils.

Great place to stay with 2 families with 4 teenage boys. Close to shops and walking distance to Sunriver shopping. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace during our snowy days. Video games and bikes were a plus! Would stay here again.

Great house in the heart of Sunriver. Very close to the entrance, which is nice for getting to the ski mountain! Also noticed that this particular house is about as close to the water park as you can get. Would be awesome in summer too!

So many core memories were created here! It’s hard to choose which I like the most - this place in the winter, or summer. In the summer, this roomy home was ‘base’ for our family reunions. We cooked meals here, played games, or just hung out. It’s close to all the community amenities, which are accessible via the bike/walking trails. The house is also located in a quiet loop, which was great for teaching the kids how to ride their bikes, or just letting them roam. In the winter, it transforms into a magical snowscape! It’s warm and cozy, and still walkable to everything. Can’t wait to plan our next family adventure at this home in Sunriver!
