Welcome to 27 Fairway Village. This light filled, air-conditioned condo is the perfect getaway home for family and friends. The picturesque golf-course setting provides a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Inside, the main living space features an open layout, creating an inviting atmosphere for entertaining and spending quality time with loved ones. Enjoy your favorite show or movie on the Smart TV with cable. The adjacent, fully-stocked kitchen features wrap-around counters, providing plenty of workspace for preparing delicious home cooked meals. Enjoy a quick bite at the island, have a formal meal at the dining table, or savor your food outdoors on the balcony during the warmer months.
The primary bedroom. located on the main level, features a king bed, Smart TV, and attached private bath. Head downstairs to find bedroom two with a queen bed and Smart TV. The third bedroom has 2 sets of twin-sized bunkbeds. Between these rooms is a shared full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

We loved this home for a family getaway. The prop is at the North end of Sunriver which was a nice bike ride to the village. The small community pool was great for the kids and very convenient. The home was great for two families, each adult couple had a room and the 4 kids had the bunk room. The kitchen was fully equipped and clear instructions for the home. The layout of the home was great and even though the home is older it's very clean and we'll definitely stay here again!

Very clean and well maintained. Warm , cozy blankets on bed instead of thin motel-like. Good layout for those on lower level not hearing kitchen noise on upper floor. Close access to pool. We never figured out how to work the oven. Posted instructions would help.

Our recent stay in Sunriver was during a hot spell, but the nearby pool was clean and refreshing. The unit had air conditioning which took the edge off the heat. We stayed at the Fairway Village condos, which are on the North end of Sunriver and a little ways from the village. It's fairly quiet even though it's close to the golf course. The unit is comfortable and seemed to have everything we needed. We were able to enjoy our weekend and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a nice stay in Sunriver.
