Welcome to your perfect Sunriver escape! From the moment you walk in, you’ll be wowed by soaring ceilings, warm wood and basalt rock accents, and gorgeous natural light filling the reverse-living, open-concept space. The updated kitchen has everything you need to cook and gather, with a spacious dining room and a charming breakfast nook that might just become your favorite spot.
The main level features a queen bedroom with a TV and desk, plus a guest half bath. Just half a flight up, the primary king ensuite is a true retreat with a spa-like bathroom featuring a soaking tub, skylight, and walk-in shower, along with private deck access.
Downstairs, you’ll find three additional bedrooms: a fun bunk room with three twin bunks plus a twin bed with trundle, a king bedroom that shares a full bath with the bunk room, and a queen ensuite with its own bathroom and walk-in shower.
There’s plenty of family fun to be had in the garage with ping pong, a pool table, and bikes for exploring the area. Relax outside on the large upstairs deck with golf course views, seating, and a gas BBQ. After a day of adventure, head down to your private hot tub and soak under the stars.

This is a perfect home for large family groups. We had 8 adults and 8 children. Everyone had a bed and the kids loved the bunk room. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and there was plenty of seating for everyone. The bikes, ping pong table kept kids and adults entertained. The neighborhood was very quiet and beautiful.

It took us a while to find the ice cream scoop (an absolute necessity for these special family times), so we would encourage future guests to keep looking; it's in one of the kitchen drawers.

Red Cedar 27 was the perfect house for our girls weekend away! Immediately walking into the house, there was a genuine warmth and comfort. The rooms are beyond spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was completely full of every utensil necessary. The home entertainment exceeded our expectations. We had so much fun watching the golfers perfect their swing. I cannot wait for our next trip to Sunriver; Red Cedar 27 is the place to stay!

A set of working instructions with a note of where to locate this instruction book would be helpful (for example using the thermostat, tv, stove, etc). One of the sliding door locks is difficult to lock; in fact it was unlocked when we came in (the one to the left of the dining room).
