This single level, 3 bedroom vacation home is in a great central Sunriver location, on a quiet cul-de-sac surrounded by large, beautiful trees. Your group of up to 8 will fit comfortably with 1900 square feet of indoor living space and a large, private back deck.
Step inside the front door onto the hardwood floors which run throughout the open-concept layout. The living room opens in front of you with vaulted tongue and groove ceilings and big windows overlooking the treed-privacy of the back deck, plus comfortable furnishings, a large flat screen TV with cable and DVD player. The dining area seats 8 guests and sits adjacent to the wood burning fireplace making for a cozy setting. Cook for the whole family in the upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances a glass cooktop and granite counters.
The ensuite bedroom features a King bed, flat screen TV, and vaulted ceilings with attached private bathroom with jetted tub, and separate walk-in shower.
On the opposite side of the home are the other 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 2 has a comfortable Queen bed, TV and a sliding glass door leading onto the back deck. Bedroom 3 is a great spot for the kids to hide-out with 2 sets of Pyramid Bunkbeds (Twin bed above a Full bed) and a TV. The shared bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway near both bedrooms.
Step onto the deck to lounge in the sun and watch the wildlife, grill on the gas BBQ and dine outdoors or enjoy a soak under the stars in the private hot tub.
This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.
This home welcomes dogs, 2 max, no other pets are allowed. Fees apply

Our stay at 3 Hoodoo could not have been better. I loved the location, easy access to the park, of course, but also a short bike ride to the Snarc and Village. The neighbors are quiet and considerate. The kitchen, though small, is well equipped and the house well maintained. I was surprised what a hit the hot tub was even in the middle of summer. I highly recommend.

Our stay in Hoodoo 3 was wonderful. We relaxed in a well equipped home. The home was very clean. It is one story and it was like home to us. We live in a one story home. The kitchen has many utensils for the home chef. We enjoyed meal prep in the kitchen. I baked cookies twice for our grandkids. The outside deck was great for family gatherings & the barbecue was brand new. We had “corn hole” game contests. The hot tub was used also. Hoodoo 3 is conveniently located & has bicycles. We have stayed in other places in Sunriver & love Hoodoo 3 best. We would stay there again.

Lovely home and perfect for our needs. Loved that it was one level so my son could crawl around and I didn’t have to worry. Deck and backyard space was awesome. The trees really helped keep it cool and comfortable. Kitchen is a tiny bit small but remarkably well stocked, even had an electric griddle for pancakes. Really appreciated the small stock of spices and seasonings. Beds were a little firm for our liking but to each his own.

The house is comfortable and well designed. The kitchen is well stocked. One of the bottom bunks in the bunk room is broken and at an uncomfortable angle if 2 people were to sleep there. There are 7 bikes as shown in the picture. The kid bikes are fine but only 2 of the adult bikes are working. The other bikes are missing brake pads. There is also a Burley bike trailer, it was a huge and fantastic suprise! Overall it is very comfortable and so close for Fort Rock Park.

Clean home, comfortable beds, the house stays quite cool during the day when closed up. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, pans, and even a crockpot. There are some pantry spices and items usable if you forget any. Plenty of paper products, dish/laundry tabs. We bought hand soap though (instead of bar soap provided). Great home for family getaway. Hot tub was clean and warm, kids loved the darts and cornhole games. Pickle ball gear too. Bikes were good too. Many amenities provided so we didnt have to pack them. Even found a doggy bag dispenser to use. Lots of sitting space on deck and quiet. Overall great house! We will stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our family needed a change of scenery even if we were still observing Covid precautions. We played games, took our dog for a walk in the nearby park and kids got to play in the snow. We were able to ski a couple days and come back to relax in the hot tub. The small commercial district offered us a nearby grocery store and a few take options so we didn't have to cook every night. All in all it was a great getaway and we're thankful for the chance to get away from work and school and just relax together.

Be sure to pack condiments and items like cooking oil and spices. Get ready to wear yourself out with all there is to do in SunRiver and the surrounding communities. Every room is equipped with a decent sized tv and dvd player. Our family of 4 had a great time with ample room. The amenities such as the bicycles (suitable for all age ranges) and the additional out-door gaming opportunities was impressive. We enjoyed the hot tub, although the top we had trouble removing and replacing- it was so heavy!). We enjoyed the proximity to the park- literally a 2 minute walk! The home was warm and inviting. We will definitely plan to come back, and bring my sister and her family for a fun time. Thank you!

Great Stay in Sunriver at 3 Hoodoo

Our stay was great the house was a good fit for the grandkids and our pets as it wasn't full of a lot of breakable items we always had to watch for but was very roomy. We had one issue when the dining room light started flashing on and off we call your property management and someone was there within 15 minute we couldn't find anything wrong and it started working but the response was great. Wouldn't hesitate to rent again.

Hoodoo 3 was an excellent home for our family of four, plus dog. We loved the location so close to Fort Rock park and the bike trails. There was plenty of square footage and the layout was perfect for our teenagers to have their own space. Next time, the kids will bring some friends. The backyard and large deck was quiet and relaxing and the kitchen was well stocked. We had some problems with the hot tub jets. They were not turning on easily and some of the buttons/knobs seemed to be broken. And, one of the sliding doors (closest to the living room) was very difficult to close.

Everyone at Bennington Properties were extremely helpful. Home was clean, ready, and comfortable - everything worked - although home is somewhat outdated with slight wear signs here and there. Check in was easy. Check out not so easy - if you use the automated phone system it was full of ads there were stuck in a loop - eventually just called Bennington Properties directly and let them know we were checking out. So overall, Bennington Properties are great - home was outstanding and comfortable.

Had to work in Bend so thought we'd stay for the weekend too. House was great! The big dining table served as a great workspace for me and my husband. We got a lot of walks in with our dog. Loved the note from Bennington personalized to her, letting her know about all of the fun dog activities in Sunriver. She loved the treats you left for her too! We loved the layout of the home and it was stocked very well. Great hot tub! We'll be back!

The kitchen was very well stocked and organized. Everything was labeled, and it was very easy to find everything we needed. The layout of the house was nice - it seemed very roomy and there was plenty of space for both kids, two parents, and a dog. The property company left a cute welcoming gift for the kids and the pup, so that was a sweet touch. The Wi-Fi worked just fine, and the location couldn't have been better if you like going to the park a lot with your kids and dog. Great value for the price. We'll be back!

Our stay over New Years' at 3 Hoodoo Lane was nice. The house had a nice lay out and was comfortable for the 6 of us. Although, not a new home, everything functioned well. The kitchen was fairly well stocked, although a 9 x13 baking dish was needed- quickly brought by Bennington upon my request! - Thx<br/>The beds were all comfortable and the TVs were new and large!<br/>The couch in the living room was old and not too comfortable. We tried to pull out the sofa bed, but the mattress is too thin to sleep on. The lighting was poor in the living room and difficult to read. A lamp of some sort is needed next to the couch. Bennington was fabulous as usual and the house was clean and warm upon our arrival. Overall, it was a great stay but the house could use some updating.

Overall, we were very satisfied with the property rental. However, the 2nd bathroom(not the master bath) could use a new shower head. The current one dumps rather than sprays water.<br/>The location near the park was nice. The hot tub was great-it is huge!

Great Sunriver house

The house exceeded our expectations. The floor plan was perfect for 4 adults and 2 young children (and a large dog!) We enjoyed the large, new deck and the grassy area along the side of the house. Loved the very close proximity to Fort Rock Park.

This was a great house to stay for our family with little kids. Location was great for a quick walk to the park not sure we could get any closer. Layout was good. can tell the house is in the process of being updated. Even with no AC the house was comfortable. We will be back.

3 Hoodoo was a wonderful spot for our annual Christmas pilgrimage to Sunriver. We love to cook and were thrilled to see a truly well stocked kitchen, though the non-stick pan need replacing. The bedroom layout was great for our three generations. We had some trouble with the furnace, but Bennington had someone there in 30 minutes - great service. Thank you for sharing your home!
