This meticulously designed, built, and lovingly maintained custom home has all the desired amenities for a memorable vacation!
Hand hewn local timber beams, locally quarried rock fireplace, 160-year-old kitchen floor tiles from Santa Cruz, locally milled eastern hard rock maple floors, cabinets made locally of southern hickory, and 1940's glass block shower wall are just some of the many interesting and architectural design features that make this home unique. The open floor plan with vaulted wood ceilings and ample natural light create an inviting space for all.
On the main level you will find two oversized, comfortable suites one, with a king bed and the other a queen. Each suite features spacious walk-in closets and ensuite bathrooms.
Also on the main level you will find a well stocked kitchen and large island with ample counter space which makes cooking for the whole group a breeze.
Head out to the large enclosed deck to enjoy a family meal, lounge in the sun and watch the cyclists along the bike path.
Upstairs you will find a large bonus loft complete with ping pong, TV, mini Nintendo and an oversized couch that converts into additional sleeping space for 2-a great spot for the kids to play games or watch a movie! In addition you will find a 3rd bedroom with custom double bunk beds, a full bed, TV and walk in closet. The second floor also features an additional full bath.
Ready for some adventure? Head into the garage and take a stroll on one of the many provided bikes to nearby Fort Rock Park. Or enjoy a game of cornhole, bocce ball, foosball, or pickleball.

The house was beautiful. Nicest Air b n we have ever stayed at. Kitchen was very well appointed. It is a luxury home. The hot tub, bikes, grill, ping pong table, foosball, huge tv were all well used. The hosts were extremely responsive. We couldn't figure out how to get the hot tub temperature warmer and they sent someone out right then to show us. It is a very special property.

Beautiful Sunriver home updated throughout. Brand new bikes and enough for EVERYBODY in our party! Being so close to Fort Rock Park was great for the kids. We really enjoyed being able to have meals on the deck as a family with enough seating for all 9 of us. The kitchen is FULLY stocked with anything you will need. The private hot tub is perfect for an early morning soak or late night relax before bed. We will rent this house again and again. Thanks for giving us a weekend full of memories!

This house worked perfectly for our stay in Sunriver! The hosts thought of everything you could need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, bikes, hot tub, BBQ, towels, and so much more. The location worked great for us, since it’s just a short bike ride to the pickle ball courts, SHARC, The Village, etc. Clean, cozy, and comfortable…perfect for a family getaway!! We’ll definitely be back again soon!

This SunRiver home has it all! SunRiver charm, but with an open floor plan that allows everyone to congregate together. Plus, there’s an upstairs loft that boasts a ping pong table, and a cozy nook with a large screen TV and comfy sectional. Great for us adults to watch a movie, but even better for a handful of tired kids at the end of the day. Beautfiully designed interiors—think high-end cozy lodge vibe. We’ve stayed there twice, the first time with another couple, and the second time with a party of ten. Both stays were during the summer and everything we needed to tour SunRiver was there: bikes for all of us, foosball, ping pong, and pickle ball paddles for the nearby courts. On the outdoor deck we enjoyed the new spa, outdoor dining table and grill, chaise chairs to catch some sun, and Adirondack chairs for our morning coffee and evenings cocktails. The kitchen is fully stocked, as well. We had everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner for our large group. They truly thought of everything, and didn’t cut corners, which is the biggest differentiating factor from other homes. They thought of the amenities you often don’t think of until you need them, and then you’re reminded that you’re not home. We felt like home here, and that’s why we came back. Can’t wait to check it out this winter!
