Spacious and still cozy, we loved the open living upstairs. Master bedroom has huge closet so we weren't tripping over our stuff in the living space! Full size freezer and full size fridge is foodie friendly for the home chef (stove is dated, though). Right on walking path, with upper level deck.

This is a very comfortable, attractively-furnished house that has a cozy and spacious living room with gas fireplace and large smart TV as well as a large adjoining dining area. The well-equipped kitchen is a cook's dream with everything one would need. The gas grill on the deck was clean and worked perfectly as did the hot tub under the deck. The house is within walking distance of the pool, restaurants and shops in the Village. With comfortable beds and nice bathrooms, two couples had a very pleasant four days here.

We had two children along and when we arrived Bennington had provided a goody bag for each child with activity material and snacks. It was very sweet, Bennington is a first class business, we have always enjoyed staying through them.

Our stay at 10 Indian Lane was wonderful! The house accommodated 6 of us easily, was clean, beautifully decorated with photos of scenes of Oregon, and the furniture and beds were comfortable. The kitchen had every pot, pan, and utensil we needed for the meals we prepared. We will rent this house again when we return to Sunriver, and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to relax in Sunriver.

The home worked for my husband and I and our 2 boys. The kitchen was well equipped. The home was clean. Would suggest adding directions for starting the gas fireplace upon arrival. The sectional was nice for morning and evenings. The home will continue to be a good option as it is updated.

The house worked well for our active family of four. Our 19 and 21-year old boys were comfortable in the downstairs bedrooms. The TV was good for watching sports (no HD). Wifi was great. This house will be a great choice as the owners continue to renovate it.
