Exceptional service, responses, and attitude all hours of the day and night
We stayed with you for a week (even tho' we only live 50 miles away in Sisters) because we had a family wedding nearby - we and my sis-in-law (the groom's mom) had family members visiting for the week - she also rented one of your homes - and we had many smaller family get-togethers during the week before and after the all-day wedding event. The home was perfect for our needs - layout especially (our daughter and family had the upstairs, we were downstairs in the master bedroom), plus the privacy, beautiful greenery, and the lovely grassy back yard which backed up to green belt. We found the North End of Sunriver beautiful and a lot quieter than the areas where we have stayed in previous years. As you are aware, the only down side of our visit was that the ice-maker in the refrigerator broke, and we had water everywhere. Thankfully it happened just after our family dinner - not so thankfully it flooded the kitchen and the entire refrigerator. The upside of all this was the exceptional service we received from your team - of course this happened on a weekend - but every call we made was instantly dealt with, the maintenance people came over three times, the housekeeping manager came over and mopped/cleaned the floors - and your follow-up calls were most appreciated. Unfortunately, the issue had apparently happened before according to Mass, the maintenance man who was so diligent, responsive, and helpful. A bigger fix is needed than the temporary one he did on the lines, and can only happen when the entire refrigerator is defrosted (and probably a new icemaker or at least parts replaced installed). We were unable to make ice - except by ice trays - for the remainder of our stay,and were constantly mopping up the still-defrosting ice-maker unit from Friday evening until we departed. But it was "handle-able" and did not detract from the quality of our time with you. Again, your exceptional service, responses, and attitude all hours of the day and night were SO appreciated. Some things are beyond our control (we all know that!) - but the help you gave made it all bearable. Thanks, Team Bennington!!! Steve ran the foodservice/hospitality annual show for the Oregon and Washington associations. We had the pleasure of working with and for all sizes of industry establishments, and so appreciate when we see the things we value being "lived" by companies such as yours. Bravo!!!

DeCook Family Trip - July 5-10
The property was clean and spacious for my family of five. The location was great for accessing the river as well as the Lava Lands trail and Benham Falls. We loved the bike rides to the Village. It was the right amount of distance to ride there and back for a 6 year old on a bike.
2 Acer - July 4th 2018
Great deck and backyard. However, the kitchen cabinet doors were caked with dirt and grim. While the home is in decent shape overall, it’s long overdue for a deep clean of all cabinetry, baseboards and surfaces. The random junk in the garage was an eye sore and in the way as well. This was not the Bennington quality we’ve experienced in the past.
