Location, Location, Location. This fantastic Sunriver vacation rental home is located in the heart of the resort - a short walk to the shops and restaurants in The Village, all the while in a peaceful setting backing to the Meadows Golf Course. Your group of up to 12 guests will have more than enough room to spread out with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, the living room and bonus family room set in this 3,000+ square foot home. Plenty of patio seating, a gas BBQ, a private hot tub situated under the stars, and a large yard backing to the 12th fairway, the back deck and paver patio are where you will want to spend most of your time!
On the main floor guests will find a spacious living room and large wooden dining table with seating for 8 plus 2 more at the kitchen counter and a well-stocked kitchen. Cozy up next to the gas fireplace while watching a movie on the flat screen TV in the living room, or watch the kids run around outside from the wall of windows looking out towards the golf course. Tongue and groove vaulted ceilings with exposed beams give 5 Doral Lane a great, cabin-in-the-woods appeal!
On this level you will find three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary suite features a comfortable King bed, en-suite bathroom, and has a door leading out to the hot tub deck. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed and Bedroom 3 has a Twin-over-Twin bunk. These two bedrooms have convenient access to the shared bathroom located in the hall. Access to the garage and laundry room are also on this level.
Head downstairs to the lower level to find a huge bonus room with a sofa sleeper for extra sleepers, and Bedrooms 4 and 5, one with a Queen bed and attached bathroom, and the other with a second Twin-over-Twin bunk. The bonus family room features a second fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and comfortable leather seating.
When you are ready to explore all that Sunriver has to offer, set off on foot or hop on one of the adult bikes provided with this vacation rental.
* Garage access: parking available for one car. The owner has a car parked in the other stall in the garage.

The house is large and has beautiful fire places and outdoor space. Kitchen had plenty of dishes and silverware. The downstairs has some funny unused space, one area would work as an extra room if you put an airmattress in it (it would be awsome if they made it a little game area with Foose ball, or ping pong or pin ball). House is a bit outdated but was comfortable. We had a very good time.

Great location to the village and not far from SHARC. Great view, quiet neighborhood, lots of bicycles for everyone, lots of outdoor space and seating. The hot tub was a hit for the grandkids.

First, this is a very comfortable home and would look forward to staying again! Kitchen was very well stocked. Outside areas are nice for gathering. Bikes were nice. Just some suggestions we thought of. -Main floor bath shower head could use updating. -Main floor queen bedroom TV not hooked to cable was annoying but not the end of the world. - Window coverings in living/dining room would be nice for security - Privacy around hot tub. - no water dispensing from fridge - Looking forward to fireplaces being repaired! - Towel rack rods in downstairs bath comes out easily. Again, great house. Great location, too!

This is an ideal home for families. We had toddlers, teenagers and adults - and it worked well for all. The location is a short walk or bike ride from restaurants and stores. The home was stocked with bikes, toys, games. We also enjoyed the outdoor deck, BBQ, eating area and hot tub.

This house was a gem! Older house remodeled with wonderful upgrades where you want them! Lots of room for everyone. The hot tub was hot, the kitchen was fully stocked with new pots, pans, utensils and sharp knives (the best of any kitchen I have seen), the bathrooms were great with even a heated tile floor in the master bath! Games in the closet, fantastic grill and outdoor teak dining table, great golf course views with a short walk or ride to the village. Perfect location! The bikes were lacking but Bennington took care of us quickly with fresh bikes delivered to our door. This is not a new, perfect home but I would stay here every time if I could. I will give it 5 stars for quality, location, service vs. price! Nice work Bennington Properties!
