Welcome to your Sunriver escape — a spacious and comfortable 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home with a bonus room above the garage, perfect for families or groups looking to relax and explore.
The open living area invites you to kick back with comfortable furnishings, Smart TV, DVD player, and gas fireplace, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. Central AC keeps things cool in summer, and the fully stocked kitchen makes dining easy. Step outside onto your private deck for morning coffee or evening stargazing in the private hot tub — pure Sunriver peace.
When you're ready to recharge, retreat to one of the three comfortable bedrooms. The primary suite has a king bed and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedrooms two and three each have a king bed, giving everyone plenty of space and privacy.
Upstairs, the bonus room offers four twin beds, and a Smart TV — an ideal hangout for kids or teens. For more indoor fun, guests can play a friendly match of Ping Pong.

I highly recommend this home as a rental. The bed was more comfortable than my bed at home, and the black out curtains assured a good nights sleep as well! There is plenty of room to hang out and watch a movie together on the couch, read books and have lunch on the deck while watching the grazing deer, and the hot tub was just right. We enjoyed being able to use the bikes provided as well, to get some exercise and enjoy the neighborhood. Will definitely return!

This welcoming house offered easy access to Sunriver amenities from a central location including nearby Fort Rock Park, the SHARC, bike paths, and the river. The bikes in the garage were enjoyable for an evening bike ride by the river and we enjoyed the easy rides into the main village. The layout was family-friendly as the kids took over the loft space and allowed the adults to enjoy the main living area in the evenings. We all enjoyed playing ping pong in the garage. The hot tub offered a private area to relax at the end of the day. Close proximity to the Cottonwood Rd entrance provided easy and quick access to Highway 97 avoiding the traffic of Century Rd. Highly recommend this house and we look forward to booking it again soon.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautifully appointed home in the heart of Sunriver! The house is spacious, welcoming and was just what we needed for a family getaway! We were impressed by how well-equipped and well-maintained this property is. The cozy loft was perfect for our grandsons and their cousins. Perfectly tucked upstairs so mom, dad and the grandparents could have a little "adult" time. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfortable, and the cozy living room with a gas fireplace invited long conversations and hosted a lively game of charades! There's lots of dining area available. A big plus is the outside deck with hot tub. The kids and adults alike enjoyed this feature! The location was an absolute plus. The kids loved the biking trails and the feeling of independence as they explored their way to a near-by park. We shopped at the village, ate at one of the local restaurants and topped the day off with ice cream. It was such a treat to come back to a space that feels like home - only better! My family recommends this lovely home to anyone heading to central Oregon.
