House is as described, but better than I had anticipated! Love that! The house is pretty close to the Sun River shopping area, just around the corner from Starbucks! But it is still off the beaten path. Has everything you could ask for. Love the bathrooms - really nice! Bedding was very comfortable. Would have loved to stay longer. Will definitely be back!

If anyone is staying here with children, it would be helpful to know that the room with double queen beds is upstairs and the only bathrooms are downstairs. It didn’t affect us on this trip as we were all adults, but that’s something that would have been a problem if I’d brought my young toddlers expecting them to be able to stay in that room. All in all we had a great stay.

We loved that there are no twin or bunk beds in this 3 bedroom. Instead, one bedroom has 2 Queens. Very nice for adults vacationing together. The home was very well stocked and organized. The 2 decks gave nice options for enjoying the outdoors. There is even a nice smaller deck upstairs. There were plenty of bikes for us to enjoy. We were very comfortable.

The house was as advertised. Dog friendly. All amenities. The great aspect is the location. It is so close to the village, but in such a quiet area. We had a very relaxing time. The hot tub was great on the cool mornings. We all enjoyed our time there.

House sleeps 10, but only 1-1/2 bathrooms. It was fine for our family of 5, but if you had max occupancy, I would look for a house with two full bathrooms. The kitchen is a little small. Really like how close the house was to the village and Sharc.

We enjoyed our time in Sunriver, especially because of this cabin. Our girls had fun playing with the included toys and reading the books. The cabin is close to the Village for shopping and meals out. We even ordered pizza delivery because we were comfy and didn't want to go out. We will definitely book again.

Overall this house is a great stay! Awesome amenities including a tv with hdmi input in all bedrooms and living room along with high-speed internet perfect for streaming shows/movies. Having air conditioning and heating is a major plus! Great location to all activities (restaurants, village, business park, fort rock park, nature center, stables, sharc.) Hot tub is great but there is a crack with some nails exposed at the corner of the hot tub deck. Dishwasher is in working condition but you have to press really hard on the start button and wait for the red "washing" icon to appear before you close it. Some faucets including the kitchen sink/master tub are a bit loose but functional. Quiet neighborhood, great access to biking paths and great area for dogs to use the restroom right outside the front door. It was summer so we didn't use the fireplace but it was a gorgeous stone wood burning one. Comfy beds in all rooms. Definitely will put this location on our favorites of Bennington list.

The photos on the web are slightly deceptive. The leather armchair is badly cracked and ripped. The bedrooms leave me feeling a little claustrophobic, and it seems strange that there is a giant TV in each bedroom but not a light switch to turn on a light as soon as you walk in the room. I was disgusted to find a bowl in the cupboard that was caked in lard/butter--that was gross--but fortunately, there was dish soap so I could wash that off.

Great separation of space for our family of 3 generations. We all had our own room and having the kitchen/dining separate from the family room worked great for the larger group. The full bath is huge, we thought we'd miss not having a second full bath. (it has 1.5) it truly worked just fine. The home is well appointed, it is likely we will request the same home next time and for certain with Bennington. Location is awesome to walk to Mall.
