We used this home for our annual family reunion. It was a great size and we really enjoyed the reverse layout. The kiddos loved the game room on the main level and the multiple living spaces were great for our group. The kitchen and pantry were well appointed with everything we needed (and then some!) The hot tub was large and the BBQ worked great. Our only issues during our stay was the cleanliness of the outside deck. Since that's where the BBQ was located, most of the deck was greasy and our feet got black from walking on it barefoot. I think a good scrubbing with de-greaser should do the trick :) The bedrooms were good sized, large closets and updated bathrooms. This home is lovely and we will definitely be back! The customer service team at Bennington Properties is top notch! From the texts checking in, to the promptness of communication if there is an issue, etc. They are amazing from start to finish. Our prominent concern was the small step going from the pool table room to the bath and sauna area. Several of us tripped there so we simply put children's stickers along the edge. Also, the right rear stove burner is broken and in pieces, should be replaced. Other comments from the family include: more kitchen towels, replace control cord for griddle, clean up the greasy spot in front of the outdoor grill on the upper deck (nasty, we didn't even use the grill!), clearer instructions for operating the AC unit. These are all small issues but caused some concern at times. Overall our stay at 11 Tumalo was comfortable and enjoyable, plenty to do for all ages, accommodations fit our large family well and the house was clean, nicely decorated and kid friendly.
