Welcome to this stunning 4,400 sq. ft. Caldera Springs retreat—perfectly designed for unforgettable getaways with family and friends. This spacious home features five beautifully appointed ensuite bedrooms plus a bonus room with two built-in bunk beds, giving everyone plenty of room to relax.
Step inside and you’ll be greeted by the light-filled great room with vaulted ceilings, a cozy gas fireplace, and comfortable seating—ideal for gathering after a day of adventure. The chef’s kitchen is a dream, complete with a large island, two ovens, gas cooktop, and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The dining area seats twelve with ease, and there’s even extra seating at the kitchen island.
Just outside, the expansive back patio invites you to enjoy the outdoors with its private hot tub, built-in gas grill, fire pit, and outdoor dining area—all surrounded by beautiful forest views.
The main-level primary suite is tucked away for privacy and includes a king bed, large smart TV, gas fireplace, spa-like bathroom with double vanities and a walk-in shower, plus direct patio access. Two more king ensuite bedrooms are also on this level, each with patio access. You’ll also find a full guest bath, laundry room with two washers and dryers, and a bonus fridge in the garage for extra storage.
Upstairs, another king primary suite awaits with a private deck, gas fireplace, and a luxurious ensuite bath. There’s also a second king ensuite upstairs and a spacious bonus room with a smart TV and a fun bunk room featuring two twin-over-queen bunk beds.
This home is packed with thoughtful amenities including 1-gig WiFi, YouTube TV, an arcade game, ping pong table, Eero WiFi extender, and an EV charging outlet (NEMA 14-50—bring your own cord). This home is fantastic. It's located in a great community with a lot to offer, with pickleball courts, basketball courts, streams, among others. The house is decorated wonderfully and thoughtfully that everything you need is there. It was large enough for our group to all sleep comfortably (8 adults). It's good for a couple of families (or a large one) as well as a retreat. The area is also very tranquil and a great location as it wasn't in everything, but close to it all, so you get the peacefulness as well as the proximity to make your stay easy.

The house we stayed in at Bend was modern, warm and absolutely loved it. The neighborhood was beautiful and peaceful, making it the perfect backdrop for relaxation. Plus, having a pickleball court right nearby was a fantastic bonus—I enjoyed every minute!

I just got back from an awesome stay at this home with a group of friends. I have to say, it was fantastic! If you’re looking for a chill spot big enough to host your friends or family, this place is perfect. The house itself is beautifully designed—super modern but still cozy. The big windows let in tons of natural light and really bring the outdoors in, especially the big sliders that open to the back patio. The décor is a great mix of style and comfort that makes you feel right at home. The neighborhood is super quiet. The house is surrounded by tall pine trees and is the perfect place to unwind. The beds are incredibly comfy! After a long day of hiking and walking around Bend, climbing into those plush mattresses felt like heaven. The kitchen is spacious, well-equipped, and perfect for cooking anything you want to make. The great room has a huge comfy couch and giant TV. It was the perfect spot for watching games and movies. Overall, this rental in Bend is a fantastic find! It’s perfect for making memories with your favorite people. We will definitely go back!
