Plenty of room for 2 family's to enjoy their stay at Sunriver.

The home was sufficient for us since we rented #37 as well for our group. The garage door did not work. We had to manually open it and put a 2x4 under it to hold it up so we could unload and load coolers, etc. There is only the refrigerator in the kitchen and not one in the garage. The kitchen was supplied well with what we needed.
Thank you for being our guest, Melodey! Our team is looking into the issue with the garage. Thank you for letting us know!

Cardinal Bridge, Fort Rock Park, and Woodlands Golf Course are within walking distance. Comfortable house with relaxing vibes and good amount of space. Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. Also had what we needed to clear the snow. Private hot tub with easy access. Awesome master shower. Bennington was easy to communicate with via text. We enjoyed our stay in this pretty nice house.
Hi Will, Thank you so much for the feedback. We received your internal notes as well on the window cleaning, dog fee, internet, and dog droppings lingering after the snow melt. So sorry these were issues during your stay! We hope you were still able to have a wonderful time.

The home is beautiful. Great for pets as the outdoor space is enclosed. The internet is super slow and hangs up most of the time. Would recommend the property management company to upgrade the internet service at home.

If planning a winter stay where you will be spending evenings inside by the fire, the living room is a little small for gathering. It can comfortably fit 5 people but with our group of 8 people had to sit on the floor. There is an additional family room, but if you use it for the kids to sleep in it is not very conducive for hanging out and watching movies as a group. Also, it is not really a chefs kitchen. It is adequate, but small if you plan on doing any family style cooking.

Our two grandkids, ages 6 and 10, loved the spaciousness of this home-and the hot tub. They and the dogs claimed the large family room with bunk beds, a game table, and two sofas (both sleepers). Parents enjoyed the downstairs master bedroom; grandparents had the whole upstairs to ourselves. Loved the reading/napping nook at the top of the stairs. Thankful for the unexpected AC during the hot week with some smoky days. We would definitely return here.
Hi Barbara! I'm so glad you had such a wonderful stay. We'll look forward to welcoming you back again soon. -Erica

5 adults, 2 kids and a pup enjoyed our stay at this older but clean and functional house on a great street. Some of the furnishings feel a bit tired but I think that's the trade off with it being a pet friendly house. The location near the bridge cannot be beat for access to the mountain biking trails across the river. As always, Bennington responds quickly to address any issues. We would definitely stay here again.

Bennington supplies toilet paper, soap, dish soap, but bring your own shampoo and laundry soap. House was clean, beds comfy, nice big living room.

We enjoyed our stay! The house was fully equipped and very relaxing. A few things...there are 4-5 spiders creating webs in windows. The webs need to be removed. Also BBQ had LOTS of trouble getting started both times we used it. And the red bike has a pedal broken. Thanks for a great visit!
Hi Ron, Thank you for your recent review of our 39 Yellow Pine home, We are pleased to hear that you and your family enjoyed your recent stay in Sunriver and with us at Bennington Properties. I have passed along your review to the rest of our team to make sure those spiders and webs are taken care of as well as that we take a look at that grill and ensure that it is working properly. We appreciate you and we look forward to hosting you for future Sunriver stays. -Jess Rae

We very much enjoyed our short stay at 39 Yellow Pine. The house is in a great location, close to the river and Fort Rock Park. The house is older but very well maintained and clean, and the layout for six adults worked just fine. It is decorated in a very cute cabin theme in every room. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need for cooking and serving meals. There was also 6-7 adult bikes that we use several times.
