This updated home is a great gathering spot for the whole family. With high ceilings, lovely natural light and beautiful wood accents throughout, you’ll feel like you’re in a lodge in the woods while being close to all that Sunriver has to offer.
The living room features an open layout with gas fireplace and large flat screen TV. The well-stocked kitchen with gas stove makes entertaining a breeze, and the dining table offers seating for 8.
On the first level you’ll find access to the hot tub on the private side deck, which wraps around to an open and spacious back deck. Two bedrooms; one bunk room with full over full bed arrangement, and a King bedroom are downstairs. Both lower level rooms offer flat screen TVs and are nicely separated by a full bathroom with large soaking tub with shower.
Head upstairs to a king ensuite bedroom with private enclosed balcony, flat screen TV, walk in closet, and full bathroom with double sinks and a walk in shower.
For some family fun, head out to the garage where you’ll find ping pong and a foosball table.
Tour all of the local hot spots in Sunriver on one of the 4 adult bikes you will find waiting for you in the garage! Tucked away near the 15th fairway of Woodlands Golf Course , 17 Yellow Pine is a short walk or ride to over 30 miles of paved pathways exploring Sunriver. The fun at Fort Rock Park, shops and restaurants at the Village at Sunriver, acres of green fairways at the 2 award-winning Sunriver golf courses, horseback riding, and lazy summertime floats along the Deschutes River are all accessible within a few miles of this home.

17 Yellow Pine was a wonderful place to spend time with the family ahead of the holidays. The house is in a quiet location, well stocked, and plenty of room for our family of 4. All of the homes that we have booked through Bennington have been clean and the customer service is always top notch. We would definitely rent this home again.

Yellow Pine 17 is a beautiful and cozy home. The house has been fully renovated recently, and the entire house was clean, warm and comfortable and has all the necessary amenities. There were a few missing kitchen items that would have been good to have (e.g., spices, aluminum foil, etc.), but we are Sunriver veterans and typically bring those items with us anyway. Definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a winter getaway, and it also has AC so would be good for summer as well.

Perfect size for our family (3 kiddos), with big double sized bunk beds and two king rooms. The master bedroom was giant with a nice walk in shower. Everything was spotless and seemed like new. We would stay here again!

We loved this home. It was comfortable and spacious. The gas fireplace was lovely and really put out the heat! We will definitely stay here again. Only bummer was there wasn’t a bottle opener! I had a lovely red wine I couldn’t open, mild inconvenience - just surprising considering there was a wine fridge. (Which was a nice extra). The slow cooker was nice (such a pain to haul) - a lot of nice things for cooking, but some missing items - no liquid measuring cups, and only a small pan to make pancakes for the kids. A griddle would be better. Again, nothing to cry about, but if these easy things were added definitely a 5* place.

Great home to relax and take in the views and golf course. We absolutely loved the hot tub after our South Sister hike. It’s so quiet and peaceful. The home was so cozy and nicely decorated.

This is a great three bedroom house on the Woodlands Golf Course. There is good space between this house and the neighbors homes nearby, as well as, a good distance from the fairway. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a nice long weekend stay. The beds were very comfortable and the AC was much needed. Highly recommend.

Great house that had all the kitchen amenities to cook (including instant pot and slow cooker). Nice location if you like to golf since it was on the green of a par 5 - we’d jump on at night and play a couple holes. Felt like a place setup for Airbnb. There was absolutely no clutter and everything felt new and clean. There were also great things for toddlers - a pack n play, kids plates/utensils, baby gate and stools. All 4 adult bikes worked great as well.
