This beautifully appointed Sunriver vacation rental home provides the perfect retreat for up to 8 guests. A short walk from the scenic Deschutes River, 4 Virginia Rail is nestled among the trees along a quiet cul de sac, offering a convenient location in the heart of Sunriver with lots of privacy. A unique ski lift bench offers a great place to relax on the front porch. Step inside to find the ideal layout for one or two families, including a spacious great room, spotless kitchen, large dining table, three comfortable bedrooms (including a private suite upstairs), two full bathrooms and a large back deck.
A floor-to-vaulted-ceiling river rock fireplace welcomes you into the living room. Sit back and enjoy the big game on the flat-screen TV, or cuddle up for movie night alongside the wood-burning fireplace. The adjacent kitchen is stocked with all the cookware and utensils needed to host a dinner party, while the spacious granite countertops, gas stove, and stainless appliances will make meal prep a breeze. Enjoy your meals inside at the kitchen bar or large dining table, or head outside; the fabulous back deck is where you will want to be all summer long. A gas BBQ, patio and lounge seating, and a private hot tub await your enjoyment!
The two guest bedrooms are found on the main floor - a pillow top Queen bed appoints one room and two sets of Bunk beds accommodate up to 4 kids in the other. These rooms each have a flat-screen TV and a large window to let in natural sunlight. A guest bathroom with granite countertops and a tub/shower combination is located nearby. This home has an on-demand tankless water heater, so there are always hot showers for everyone. The upstairs suite features vaulted, tongue and groove ceilings, a pillow top King bed, flat screen TV, and en suite bathroom, and nicely updated with granite countertops and a tub/shower combination. A large patio slider opens off the ensuite bedroom onto a large, private deck; the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house had plenty of space for a family and we enjoyed the ping pong table, hot tub, corn hole, and chair lift seats. Our favorite aspect of the house was its proximity to the river and the trails alongside it. We have stayed in other Sunriver properties and this has been our favorite and we would definitely return!

We arrived on Tuesday, July 23 in the evening. Everything was wonderful. We loved the decor, the cleanliness, the access to the bicycles, ping pong table, hot tub, and all the kitchen amenities and supplies. The bed upstairs is super comfy. it does get warm upstairs but the AC and fan cool the room nicely. the family of 5 deer love to hang out back and next door. the back deck is really great and all the bikes to choose from.

I almost don’t want to write a review to keep this place for ourselves! But alas… this place was spectacular. Definitely one of the nicest ABNB’s I’ve stayed at. Very well kept and super clean- quality furniture and decor throughout. Excellent location on a cul de sac, extremely clean hot tub, back porch chairlift swing. The master bed was very comfy! Garage well stocked with bikes, chairs, essentials. Will stay again!

I think this may be the best place we have ever rented! Wonderfully and tastefully decorated, super clean, quiet neighborhood, beds more comfy than home, kitchen very well stocked, attention to detail in every way. A short walk to the river bike path. Bikes and a ping pong table. The owners of this property obviously care about it. We loved it! We will return! The only very minor thing we might change was making the wattage of the can lights in the kitchen just a bit brighter, but we just turned the dining lights on bright and it was fine.

Virginia Rail #4 was outstanding - it truly exceeded our expectations. It had everything we could possibly need – a well-stocked kitchen, plenty of supplies, and lots of firewood, which was a treat – we no longer have a wood-burning fireplace. The bed upstairs was super-comfy and we loved having a Keurig, since we have one at home. Plus the hot tub was great, and the bike selection plentiful (it was nice to pack a little lighter and not bring our bikes). We also loved the close proximity to the river and the peace and quiet, plus seeing lots of deer roaming through the backyard area. Highly recommended, both the property and Bennington - we would definitely stay here again!

Loved the high end appliances - keurig and dishes were very nice. The living room was on the smaller side but perfect for our celebration with two families. We have 8 total and one dog. We even used the wood burning fire place which was wonderful. Very cozy. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

This house was very relaxing for our family of four. It really is dog friendly and nice. So many dog friendly homes aren't in good shape. This home is not one of them! You don't even need to pack a crate because they have a full size one in the garage. This alone will have us renting this home again!

Very comfortable for our family of six adults. (Also it would be fantastic for little ones with the lofts in downstairs rooms). We Loved the open living area. Kitchen very well equipped and great for more than one chef in the kitchen.! Overall a nice layout. Loved the location, easy walk to Cardinal bridge. Enjoyed the sparkling Clean spa and ping pong games too! Having an ample supply of wood was a great amenity as it was extremely cold during our visit. We will definitely be back again !

Wonderful home! Well stocked and very comfortable for a family or small group. Great patio to enjoy the wonderful summers of Sunriver. Enjoyed the ping-pong table and bikes. Virginia Rail 4 is a lovely home that has obviously been carefully, and tastefully updated recently. Our family of five had a delightful week there. My husband and I, and our daughter and her family, stayed in 4 Virginia Rail and absolutely loved it! This home is so family oriented and so dog friendly. We loved the fact that it was stocked with everything. Really can't think of a thing that we needed that wasn't available to us. The grandkids loved the bunk beds, and it was an additional bonus to have a TV in every bedroom. So fun to find so many family games and movies as well. We found 4 Viirginia Rail provided us with a wonderful comfortable stay and definitely appreciated the great caring service we received from Bennington Properties and their staff. We hope to return to this great family home again in the future. Thank you.

Gorgeous cabin with all the amenities. Lots of towels and kitchen gear. Wooded and feels very private. Interesting sharky vibe. Lots of old school antiques to play with. The secret lofts are rad. The hot tub is HOT. Many serene trees. Coolest blinds ever. The chair lift doesn't go anywhere. Prime snowball fight perch from the upstairs balcony to nail everybody in the hot tub. 10/10. Would definitely boogie here again.

Yet another successful stay with Bennington Properties. We were welcomed with dog bowls and treats for our furry friends - even tags for their collars should one wander too far! Everything we needed was there, as usual. When I called the office to see if there were discounts available for SHARC, they said, "No, not in the winter, but we can give you several free passed as it is the end of the year." Typical Bennington... one up the request! We have been loyal Bennington customers over the years and look forward to our next stay at one of their many beautiful, comfortable, well-appointed, dog friendly homes. Thanks again!
