Large windows bring the serene outdoor surroundings full of trees and light inside this stunning home. Found in the heart of Sunriver, this thoughtfully laid-out, Luxury Mountain Retreat features an open floor plan which easily accommodates large or multiple families. 21 Vine Maple is located off a quiet street with no through-traffic - perfect for young children. The house itself sits on a large .25 acre lot with a great back deck within walking distance of the Woodlands Golf Course. The peacefulness of this setting is perfect for morning coffee, afternoon cocktails and dinners on the deck. A spacious family room offers plenty of room for socializing with comfortable seating either on the leather couches or in comfy, oversized chairs. The gourmet kitchen is stocked with all you need to prepare delicious meals. Gather your group around the large dining table, which seats 8 or in smaller groupings at the 4-person breakfast nook table or 3-person kitchen bar.
On the main level are two bedrooms. Bedroom one is a king ensuite with cable tv, private bathroom with walk-in shower, tub and large walk-in closet. Bedroom two is a bunk room with 2 twin over queen bunkbeds. A full bathroom with shower over tub rounds out this level.
Head upstairs to find a king ensuite bedroom with private bathroom, walk-in shower, tub and large walk-in closet. A queen ensuite bedroom with cable TV and private bathroom with shower over tub set-up. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds. This home comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests.
For some friendly competition, head out to the garage for some Ping-Pong and foosball fun or a round of Pop-A-Shot! The spacious hot tub on the large deck provides a perfect opportunity to relax under the stars after an active day. Enjoy a ride along the miles of paved bike paths in Sunriver on one of the 7 adult Big Dog Bikes provided with this home.

Excellent set-up for multiple families. Everything was very well stocked, good quality, and enough was provided for all 13 of us! Kitchen had plenty of cookware to choose from. The large grill made cooking for our crew easy. Would definitely rent again.

Perfect home for 3 families. The garage was like another room with the games for everyone to enjoy. Private and quiet location! The large table was perfect for games. This bright, spacious, beautiful house could not have been more perfect for a weekend with our five grown children:. 10 adults, one toddler and two dogs. The house was large enough for all of us, but still felt cozy. The open floorplan allowed me to be in the kitchen but still feel part of what was going on in the living room. The wood accents throughout made the house feel warm and inviting and the large windows let the house be filled with light and cheerfulness. We have stayed at a number of homes at Sunriver, but I have never seen one with such a well-stocked kitchen. It had everything you could possibly need for cooking and serving, even a countertop mixer, storage containers for leftovers and plenty of foil and plastic wrap, and an extra refrigerator in the garage. The long driveway provided ample parking for all our cars, there were plenty of extra blankets and pillows, the barbecue was huge, even the staircase was perfect for our almost-two-year-old granddaughter who is obsessed with steps to explore on her own. This is our new favorite house at Sunriver. We will definitely be coming back to it.

We had the most lovely experience at 21 Vine Maple. The accommodations were clean, well stocked and beautiful. The location was fabulous for hitting the slopes and it was such a treat to include our dog. I would highly recommend staying here.

Our stay was wonderful. My husband says he had the best sleep on the upstairs king suite bed. The home has everything we needed. It is well set up for toddlers with highchair, toys and a pack n play. The teenagers also loved being here with the access to bikes. We cook as a family and the kitchen was well stocked with a large pantry.

This home is great for multi family vacation. Three master suites and two additional rooms with multiple beds made it vary comfortable. It's a vary quiet home on the end of a road. The hot tub seemed new and the outside decking as well. Open concept with the kitchen and living room and dinning area together made it fun to be with everybody. There was plenty of kitchen ware and space to cook food for a big group. This is a place I would rent over and over again.

We had such a wonderful time at this house! Perfect for large groups and families, very clean and thoughtfully appointed, and tons of activities to do in the area. The hot tub, bikes, and ping pong table were added bonuses. The kitchen has everything you could want, including real knives, a stand-up mixer, and nice pots and pans--there was never anything we looked for that we couldn't find. It's in a nice quiet area but close to everything. We had such a blast--thank you!

I could go on and on about how helpful the staff at Bennington Properties were while I was searching for houses to accommodate a board meeting. The living room/ dining area in 21 Vine Maple was the perfect place for 15 or so people to hold a lunch meeting.
