Roku streaming is available in the living room. The main bedroom has a Smart TV. The queen bedrooms have Fire TVs. Two kayaks and nine bikes are provided for guest use.
This home includes 5 Rental Cards (2 guests per card) for accessing SELECT Caldera Springs amenities. IMPORTANT: Caldera Springs is a semi-private community, which means that you will NOT have access to some amenities (some amenities are only available to homeowners and select guests). This home comes with rental cards that will give you access to the Quarry Pool and Fitness Center, Discovery Park, Ponderosa Park, Sable Rock Park, all the lakes throughout Caldera, the paved and barked pathways, tennis/pickleball courts and the basketball court. Passes do NOT include access to Forest House pool or facility or the 9-hole golf course.

A Gem of a House!

This is a gem of a house in an amazing neighborhood. Vaulted roofs give the feeling of openness in the living room. Plenty of space in all the bedrooms allows multiple families to stay here. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to make a meal. The views from the backyard are the best of any house in this neighborhood. Trails around the property allow easy access to many areas of Bend. House comes with bikes that can be ridden easily around these trails. Plenty of board games and other games keep kids busy.

This house is stunning! It boasts modern updates throughout, creating a beautiful atmosphere. The bedrooms are both cozy and roomy, with a particularly charming bunk bed setup upstairs, ideal for kids. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing mouthwatering meals. The home is very nice and cozy with a wooden feel and a fireplace inside. The backyard is extensive, private and has a great firepit. The surrounding resort is pleasant to walk around with bridges, trails and waterways. Additionally, there are many hikes to take up around mountains, local trails etc. Lots of local restaurants to rave about and plazas/malls to shop at.

It is a beautiful house with a lot of amenities. The owners have done an amazing job in taking care of the finer things. The kitchen is well stocked with all kinds of utensils for those who wish to cook. The garage has lots of stuff like bikes and a table tennis table to keep the kids engaged. There is a nice walking trail around the community for those who would like to take a run/walk. Sitting in the hot tub after a long day of activities was the icing on the cake. It is close to great outdoor places - the lava fields in particular are spectacular.

This is a very nice home with a big kitchen and living room to spend time with family. There was a beautiful sunset through the trees in the evening and we could hear elk calls while we were in the hot tub. We loved all the biking trails. We felt very refreshed after spending time at this beautiful home.
