Welcome to 56294 Trailmere Circle!
This luxury home is located in beautiful Caldera Springs, adjacent to Sunriver Resort and a short trek to all the natural beauty that Central Oregon has to offer. The custom built home includes locally made furniture throughout and the interior was designed by a local Sunriver designer, specifically to be a luxury vacation home. With high ceilings and brand new furnishings throughout, you can relax in comfort and style.
The living room features comfortable furnishings, a gas fireplace, and large flat screen TV. There is additional work and/or sleeping space in the bonus room downstairs which includes a sleeper sofa and desk. The King ensuite is on the main floor and includes a large flat screen TV, jetted, soaking tub, and walk-in closet.
Three additional bedrooms and the loft are upstairs. Bedroom One has a Pyramid Bunk Bed. Bedroom Two has 2 twin beds (with a king conversion option). Bedroom Three is an Ensuite with King Bed and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a guest bathroom with shower/tub combo and a loft with game console, DVD player and large TV for all to enjoy. All bedrooms have cable TV.
With features like a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, high end patio furniture, outdoor fireplace, ping pong and foosball in the garage, plus a large BBQ and private hot tub, this home is the perfect spot to gather with friends and family for a luxury getaway. Head out on one of the 4 bikes provided at this home to explore over 30 miles of paved trails connecting Caldera Springs and Sunriver.
This home includes 5 Rental Cards (2 guests per card) for accessing the following Caldera Springs Amenities: Quarry Pool and Fitness Center, Discovery Park, Ponderosa Park, Sable Rock Park, lakes, fishing, paved and barked pathways, tennis/pickleball courts and basketball court.

This home is “perfect” for a family vacation. Extremely clean and well-appointed. The homeowners did not skimp on anything; the quality of construction, the quality and comfort of the furnishings, the well-stocked kitchen all enhanced our family’s (3 generations!) vacation. Truly a place to relax and take in the vibes of Caldera Springs/Sun River. I am very impressed with Bennington Properties management of this home and their communication was impeccable. We plan to come back next summer and enjoy Trailmere Circle again! Thank you!

Perfectly appointed. The only recommendation is to remind folks that outside of herbs and salt/pepper they will really need to buy all needed cooking supplies for the week.

Perfect for families. Lots of room, well thought out design, and so much fun. We would definitely stay here again! The house was probably the best stocked rental I have ever stayed in. I wanted to suggest purchasing a mat for the sink area as it is hard to get dishes into the dishwasher without getting water on those lovely wood floors. Also, a vacuum would have been really helpful (or even one of those hand push sweepers). It was a struggle with three young boys to keep the carpet area under the table from becoming a crumb zone.

OMG!!!! This home is emaculate, and stunning!!!! We were thankful and blessed to be the first family to stay in this brand NEW home!!! What a beautfiul and comfortable home it was for our family. Very spacious, very organized, everything was labeled for ease and comfort. Lots of space, kitchen was great for cooking, and grilling. This house has everything you need for a relaxing stay. We enjoyed playing games, playing ping pong in the garage and "The Lake House" swimming pool, and workout facilites. Also, we enjoyed the free kayaking around the lake in the community, our kids loved that!! The hot tub was especially nice in the evening to look at the stars. We loved that it was a gated community. We will be staying here again and wish we could have stayed longer. Bennington Properties does an excellent job of making sure their clients are comfortable during their stay and you can ALWAYS get in touch with someone. We've vacationed in Sunriver many times and this trip was one of the best!!
