Great home for a long weekend getaway. Comfy beds, and furniture. We didnt use them, but the loft has a nice day bed and trundle bed that looks more comfortable than other places we've stayed. Nice gas fireplace and great, clean hot tub. Bikes were great. It just takes time to get used to a pedal break. Seemed to have pretty much everything that you'd expect.

We had a very pleasant stay at Topflite 3. The location is excellent for access to the river and the north end of Sunriver. The house is very comfortable, well maintained and very clean. We would stay here again.

Overall house was nice and what we needed. Location was quiet and close to Cardinal Bridge and trails. I know you can’t please everyone but the downstairs bed was extra firm and uncomfortable.

As others have stated, the home is looking very tired. That said, nothing that interfered with us enjoying our stay. The hot tub was fabulous. Everything was pretty clean, but could use a deep clean to catch cobwebs. The only complaint is for the beds. They are very hard (I'm used to a memory foam mattress) which caused alot of tossing and turning.

You guys always make us feel like valued guests every time we stay! Been coming for over 10 years and never been disappointed! Top Flite 3 is a good value and a beautiful home and location. We had deer every day outside our windows. And the quiet is just right for a restful time. We fish a lot, so East Lake is our daily destination and coming back to the cabin is so refreshing and a great end to an exciting day. You'll enjoy this place and the Bennington service! We had a package delivered that our Bennington folks at the office stowed for us until we could get there to retrieve it. Thanks to Haylie and Ruby for their timely help and patience with us!

The location was perfect and a short walk to the river. The home was clean, but needs a little exterior maintenance and the interior is stuck in the eighties, but heck, then again so am I. I came alone to getaway from family and work remote. I bookended each day by getting out on the trails and it was magnificent!

We enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was exceptionally clean. We really appreciated that. The kitchen was great! It had everything! Furniture was clean and comfortable , beds were ok. We slept great after the first night. Having the gas fireplace made it simple to have a fire in the evening. The owners lock was hanging when we arrived. I called the next morning and it was repaired before we returned from our outings that day. A special thanks to Bennington Properties for a great bottle of wine on our arrival. It was great! We will definitely stay again.

Returning home over the weekend and then returning to Topflight3 the beginning of the next week, we found our rental in even cleaner condition than the previous week---it SMELLED fresh and clean as well this time!!! Our housekeeper had left a sweet note welcoming us and telling us to have a great week. It was such a pleasant touch. Everything was very clean and tidy, with absolutely no signs of previous occupants and that means so much to us!!! May I merely suggest that the filter in the cold-air return (by the upstairs railing) be changed every couple months to improve air quality? It looks black from downstairs or else is void of a filter. Thank you so much for everything. We will be back to this property again next year!

Possibly a few more kitchen essentials, like sugar, cooking spray, basic spices to get you started on your stay could be provided. Also Wifi code should be by the phone since that is the first place you stop at upon check in. The beds were very comfortable! This is a great house for 2 couples, or a family!

Because of your hospitality this vacation turned out as one of the best times my wife and I have had in a long time. There was a problem with a leaky roof at the original place we were booked at and in no time we were upgraded to our hearts content. We have stayed at this property twice now. When traveling with another couple it works very well, giving each some private space. Both the upstairs and downstairs have large bedrooms with king size beds so no one has to feel like they got the kid's room!<br/>The furnishings are a bit tired, but it is clean and comfortable.

We had a great time and loved the house. This is the second time using Bennington Properties and we have not been disappoited either time. The only thing I would recommend is that the owners put a bigger fridge in the house. Other than that it was perfect.
