This single level home has an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings for a spacious feel. Wood and stone paired with Americana accents give this home the feel of a ski lodge with all the amenities. Warm up by the wood burning fireplace in the winter, or enjoy grilling on the back deck in the summer. A well-stocked kitchen and dining for 8 make group meals a breeze.
This home has three bedrooms, all nicely spaced for privacy. Bedroom one is a queen bedroom adjacent to the full hall bathroom. Down the hall is a spacious king ensuite bedroom with private bathroom and double doors giving access to the back deck and hot tub. Bedroom three is a queen ensuite with private bath and deck access as well. In addition, there is a sofa sleeper in the living room. All bedrooms feature their own TV, including 2 Smart TVs, 2 Flat Screens, and 3 DVD players. In the garage you’ll find Ping Pong and 4 adult bikes.
This home is a quick trek from Woodlands Golf Course, Fort Rock Park, and the Deschutes River.
This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.
This home welcomes dogs, 2 max, no other pets are allowed. Fees apply

The house was fabulous and one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in! Unfortunately we had to deal with forest fire smoke so it was the only time in central Oregon where not having AC was a problem (not great to open windows at night) but we made do just fine. Even with that it we found holes in the smoke to enjoy outside activities in the area. It was a wonderful trip.

It was an almost perfect arrangement for my sister, brother, sister-in-law and me. The hot tub cover is a little too heavy for one person.

Kitchen is well-appointed, furniture in great shape. One king ensuite (lovely) and one queen ensuite (shower is so-so--Home Depot premolded vinyl) plus another queen and another bathroom. Good for a family vacation, particularly in summer--vinyl floors make it less cozy. House is on the corner near the main road, but still quiet.

The kitchen in this home is very well stocked. The 3 bathrooms and bedroom configuration is great for a family. The location to the bike paths, river, and other Sunriver amenities is great.

We loved this house for our family of 4 & dog Sydney. The house was cozy with a wood burning fireplace & comfortable furniture. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and Keurig. This house is one of our favorites we have rented in Sunriver & hope to come back again soon.

We really enjoyed this house. We usually try to stay on the N or W side of Sunriver, it is generally quieter (away from village traffic) and close to river where we love to walk and bike. This was our first time in this particular house, and loved it. Everything was comfortable, spacious bedrooms with lots of closet space, it has a well-equipped kitchen, ping-pong (a must for us), and I especially loved having 3 bathrooms so each teen could have their own (no arguments).

We loved this home! It was very clean with great amenities: hot tub, ping pong, bikes and more. It was the perfect size for our family and dog. It does not have air conditioning, but it stayed cool with fans. We'd definitely stay here again. Thank you!

This home is located in a quiet section of Sunriver despite being right next to the walking and biking path and one of the roads. It was very clean despite us having to dig out 5 bottle caps from the garbage disposal from previous tenants. It was raining and somewhat cold on the days we stayed and we very much enjoyed using the fireplace. It was well stocked with fire starter kits and plenty of wood. We also thoroughly enjoyed the well-stocked game cabinet. There were many to choose from. Everything seemed to be in good working condition however the kitchen did not seem to be as well stocked as some others we have stayed in before. There was no cooking oil. I believe it mentioned to bring some. You do need to. I failed to follow this advice as I have always found some in previous homes and we had to make an extra trip to the market to grab some as I failed to double check on the first visit, however, this was my mistake. I appreciated having some washing detergent available for the laundry as we had come from my son's Lacrosse playoff game in Portland and there is no way I wanted to smell those wet clothes all weekend long. We did not try the hot tub this trip but I suspect it was all in working order as everything else in the home was, we did not have any issues and enjoyed our stay at 28 topflite

My friends and I had an excellent stay at 28 Topflite for a bachelorette weekend celebration. We had a relatively large group of 7 women, and the house felt spacious and roomy. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep, plenty of room to sit around the dining table and in the living room for game night. The kitchen is gorgeous, and had everything we needed to make several large meals to feed all 7 of us women. The appliances worked great, and the stovetop was my personal favorite, as it heats up SO quickly. One of the biggest concerns I had for the group was having enough space in the bathrooms. With 7 women all needing to get ready at the same time, it was a breeze! All three bathrooms are spacious and made it easy for us to get ready simultaneously. It was a particularly cold weekend, with lots of snow and ice, but the house stayed warm and we had not trouble getting around. We never got around to using the hot tub, but that would have been a great activity if we had time! I would absolutely recommend this home for a large group of adults, or a couple of families. There is lots of space, and the two masters on either side of the main living area make it easy to have privacy. It is quiet and in a less busy part of the resort, but is walking distance from the best parks and not to far from the village. 5 out of 5 stars across the board!

This is a fantastic home and the property managers were extremely helpful, responsive, and accessible. I really enjoyed the text messaging method to communicate with the property managers. 10/10 would recommend, and will likely be using Bennington Properties in the future!
