We did some Christmas baking, so I am glad I brought a hand mixer. We loved the Christmas decorations throughout the house. We enjoyed the fireplace and made cozy fires in the evenings.

The house was very clean, comfortable, and spacious for our group of 5 and a couple dogs. Easy to check-in and out. The kitchen was reasonably well-stocked for our Christmas meal. (Always a bit quirky in a new kitchen.) The house is right on a nice trail that goes to the river. Games and puzzles were great to have during the rain and snow. The one downside was the TV setup. Only a cable box, no streaming device. This made it difficult to enjoy a cozy holiday movie night inside while it snowed. It is also mounted to a wall adjacent to one bedroom. This allowed the sound to easily transfer through, even at low volumes. So, make sure the early sleeper is not in that room. Overall, a very nice stay.

Great, comfortable, well appointed home. Being temps weren’t over 82 (late reservation knowing temps weren’t going to be too high) didn’t require A/C, but may have chosen home differently if known temps were elevated. Hot tub worked, but half the jets were inoperable. But that didn’t dampen our stay. It was most enjoyable, thanks!

The house was fabulous and one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in! Unfortunately we had to deal with forest fire smoke so it was the only time in central Oregon where not having AC was a problem (not great to open windows at night) but we made do just fine. Even with that it we found holes in the smoke to enjoy outside activities in the area. It was a wonderful trip.

This is a great location within Sunriver, close to the river. One note: it’s a bit far from some of the amenities like SHARC and the village, but for us that was perfect. The house is cozy with lots of common living space, so we were able to spread out on a family trip. Highly recommended!

Thanks for sharing your beautiful house. Lots of amenities, super clean, and great location. Loved the house layout and deck/hot tub. Bikes and ping pong table were well used! Kitchen is great, but one minor suggestion - have a few small bowls. The bowls were huge. We even had a bird nest upon arrival and got to see the three baby blue jays leave the next during our visit! Thank you for taking time and extra care to clean and sanitize during COVID. It was excellent!!! We will definitely return to our happy place.

We really enjoyed this house. We usually try to stay on the N or W side of Sunriver, it is generally quieter (away from village traffic) and close to river where we love to walk and bike. This was our first time in this particular house, and loved it. Everything was comfortable, spacious bedrooms with lots of closet space, it has a well-equipped kitchen, ping-pong (a must for us), and I especially loved having 3 bathrooms so each teen could have their own (no arguments).

This home is located in a quiet section of Sunriver despite being right next to the walking and biking path and one of the roads. It was very clean despite us having to dig out 5 bottle caps from the garbage disposal from previous tenants. It was raining and somewhat cold on the days we stayed and we very much enjoyed using the fireplace. It was well stocked with fire starter kits and plenty of wood. We also thoroughly enjoyed the well-stocked game cabinet. There were many to choose from. Everything seemed to be in good working condition however the kitchen did not seem to be as well stocked as some others we have stayed in before. There was no cooking oil. I believe it mentioned to bring some. You do need to. I failed to follow this advice as I have always found some in previous homes and we had to make an extra trip to the market to grab some as I failed to double check on the first visit, however, this was my mistake. I appreciated having some washing detergent available for the laundry as we had come from my son's Lacrosse playoff game in Portland and there is no way I wanted to smell those wet clothes all weekend long. We did not try the hot tub this trip but I suspect it was all in working order as everything else in the home was, we did not have any issues and enjoyed our stay at 28 topflite

My friends and I had an excellent stay at 28 Topflite for a bachelorette weekend celebration. We had a relatively large group of 7 women, and the house felt spacious and roomy. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep, plenty of room to sit around the dining table and in the living room for game night. The kitchen is gorgeous, and had everything we needed to make several large meals to feed all 7 of us women. The appliances worked great, and the stovetop was my personal favorite, as it heats up SO quickly. One of the biggest concerns I had for the group was having enough space in the bathrooms. With 7 women all needing to get ready at the same time, it was a breeze! All three bathrooms are spacious and made it easy for us to get ready simultaneously. It was a particularly cold weekend, with lots of snow and ice, but the house stayed warm and we had not trouble getting around. We never got around to using the hot tub, but that would have been a great activity if we had time! I would absolutely recommend this home for a large group of adults, or a couple of families. There is lots of space, and the two masters on either side of the main living area make it easy to have privacy. It is quiet and in a less busy part of the resort, but is walking distance from the best parks and not to far from the village. 5 out of 5 stars across the board!
