This north end Sunriver home is light, bright and cheery. The open floor plan is perfect for gathering the family. The kitchen features newer appliances, updated cabinetry, radiant floor heating and counter seating for two. The great room boasts comfortable seating, a large flat screen TV, and wood burning fireplace, with a sliding door that opens onto the wrap-around deck. Step outside to find patio seating, a gas grill and private hot tub in a private setting, surrounded by the forest. Take a bike ride anywhere in Sunriver on one of the 5 adult bikes provided with this vacation rental house.
Great separation for large family groups: downstairs on the main floor are 3 bedrooms, one Queen Master, one with a Queen bed and the other with a Twin Bunk bed. Head upstairs to find a 4th bedroom with 2 Twins and a lofted family room that serves as a great secondary living space with a large flat screen TV and a sofa bed.
Family Reunion in Sunriver? Great! Book this home along with our Tokatee 22 and Tokatee 32 homes and have plenty of room for the whole family.
This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.

Great layout for 2 families. two kids rooms and 2 adult rooms. The addition of a hangout space upstairs was great and se this house apart at this price point. Service from Bennington was great.

The property itself was sufficient. However, the living area and kitchen felt very tight. We like to cook and the kitchen was much too small for us to work in. It is more or less a one person kitchen with very little counter space for food prep and serving. It does have a nicely appointed loft area that can be used to separate groups (kid and adults) but if you want to all hang out together it really isn't big enough for 10 people.

The only thing I would comment on negatively was the carpets and floors were desperately needing a deep cleaning. This house otherwise was great!

This property was perfect for our family getaway and celebration! We enjoyed the deck, hot tub and bikes! It is the perfect location for biking to Benham Falls and biking to the Nature Center!

We came to Sunriver for a family reunion and rented two homes. Tokatee was well-stocked with kitchen items. Plenty of space. We would rent this again. Bennington was really responsive when we had questions or issues. Terrific customer service. This property had several adult bikes and one kids bike, which was great

The house was perfect for the number of people and the ages we had. My only complaint was that there were no hot pads in the kitchen and it would have been nice to have a step-stool in the bathroom so the kids could easily reach the sink to wash up.

Fun Family Weekend Getaway

Bennington made it so easy to just walk in and start the fun. When the fun was over, there was very little to do to check out - no stripping beds, etc. This house had plenty of room for all of us (we had two houses rented, but everyone hung out at this house). The bikes were in great shape. We had a little hitch with the hot tub, but Bennington arranged for a very speedy fix. The patio is very spacious, and we had a family of deer visiting daily.
