Bring the entire group to this amazing Sunriver vacation home for 12 to enjoy a fun-filled getaway with all of the home essentials. Sit on the beautiful deck, gaze out at the ninth hole of the Woodland Golf Course, play in the game room, and soak in the relaxing private hot tub. This beautiful five-bedroom home is perfectly situated to offer a quiet atmosphere for your family to enjoy, while still being close to all kinds of attractions. Sunriver is a great destination spot any time of year and offers everything from snowmobile rentals to a huge rec center with indoor and outdoor water activities.
Vaulted rustic wood ceilings, wood floors, and accents are highlighted by the ample natural light seeping through the numerous windows. This home is open and bright and will ensure everyone feels right at home.
Through the front door, head upstairs to the main living area, or downstairs to the great room and three of five lovely bedrooms. Gather the family upstairs in the living room to sip hot cocoa in front of the cozy fireplace, watch movies on the flatscreen TV, or catch up with fellow travelers and read a good book on the comfortable sofa and chairs.
The large dining room table can actually fit all 12 guests, making it ideal for sit-down meals, game nights, and the traditional vacation jigsaw puzzle. But when the weather is nice, feel free to take the party out to the shaded deck to chat the night away while comfortably seated on the patio furniture. Granite counter tops, a vast island, and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances are just a few of the features that spoil guests in the full kitchen. Whip up simple snacks for late-night movie marathons, or create a gourmet five-course holiday meal with ease. A microwave, dishwasher, and coffeemaker are all included for your convenience.
The upstairs ensuite boasts a king-size bed and attached bathroom with a double-headed shower and separate soaking tub for a nice retreat after a long day entertaining the family. A queen-size bed occupies the second bedroom and nearby half-bath is available. Kids and adults alike will adore playing in the downstairs game room in between outings. A pool table, video arcade machine, flatscreen TV with a Wii and games, and a Ping-Pong table in the garage will keep everyone happily occupied. WiFi is also included throughout the home, making looking up directions and posting pictures a snap. Two other ensuites (one with a king-size bed and one with a queen-size bed) each boast private bathrooms, and the last bedroom is great for kids with two sets of twin bunk beds. This home has luxurious bedding, with 99% down bedding in every room. A full bathroom is set conveniently close for convenience.

My husband and I had a great time in Sunriver with our kids and grandkids. We were able to enjoy bike rides, snow tubing, walks to the river, the indoor pool at the aquatic center, and the hot tub! This home was perfect in every way. The layout and quality of furnishings were beautiful. Great view, lovely upper deck porch, game room with pool able, arcade and bikes galore. We had a small private family wedding at the home. The home was so perfect for our needs that we were able to do the ceremony, photos, appetizers and wedding dinner all at the house. The photos are all shots taken on the grounds of the house... grasses and pines, golf course, and the lake. Incredibly beautiful!

Great place to spend a vacation at, by the golf course. The refrigerator was not working at that time otherwise it was great.
Hi Andrey, thanks for staying with Bennington! We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. I checked in with maintenance and the fridge has been tested and is in working order. For future stays, here are some fridge tips from our FAQ that may be helpful: Unlike your refrigerator at home which is stocked full of food, a vacation rental's refrigerator will be completely empty upon your arrival. The food in a refrigerator helps to keep the temperature inside the unit cooler. Without that food a refrigerator takes longer to cool down. Therefore it may take up to 24 hours for your food to completely cool and the refrigerator to stabilize. Do not fill the unit with hot items such as soda pop that has been in the trunk of your car for the last 4 hours. Let the refrigerator cool your perishable food first, then add the warmer items later. If you need a cooler for drinks, please give us a call. Keep the refrigerator controls set just slightly above the mid range for maximum efficiency. Although it may seem logical to adjust the fridge and freezer to the coldest temperature setting, this may backfire. If the compressor runs continuously, the coolant lines will freeze and the fridge will not produce cold air.

Lovely home, would stay in it again . Was very pleased with the wine and nuts and coffee. The back deck was so pleasant listening to the birds and squirrels and seeing the geese make there landing in the pond, and all the deers. Beautiful home....gorgeous. Amazing deck, kitchen and nice floor plan. Bikes were in good shape. My kids love planning PacMan and ping pong! We are already wanting to go back. We enjoyed the welcoming treats from BP. We could never get the upstairs TV to work (only the audio, no picture). We contacted the BP but never got a reply.

This setting was perfect for a family and friend mini-reunion following a granddaughter wedding. The spacious home accommodated our extended family with plenty of available activities for ages 5 through 85. The large, covered deck was the center of most activities and very enjoyable for all.
