This beautiful, lodge style home features a large gourmet kitchen with granite counters, stainless appliances, double ovens, hardwood flooring, vaulted ceilings, log accents and a heated garage. With a spacious great room to gather, 3 ensuites, a double bunk room for the kids, and a loft, you'll find space for the whole family to unwind and get away from it all. The great room is equipped with chromecast so you can wireless stream media from your personal electronics through the TV/Stereo System.
Downstairs you'll find the first ensuite bedroom with a king bed, tiled walk-in shower, gas fireplace and TV/DVD.
The second bedroom has 2 sets of bunks with a bath across the hall.
Upstairs, find the second and third ensuites, one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed.
A large loft area offers a daybed to sit and relax, read or visit with friends. Hosting a dinner party? The dining table seats 12 and there is a natural gas BBQ on one of the 2 back decks. Worries will melt away while enjoying a soak in the private hot tub.

This is a wonderful house for a large gathering. The table can host 12 people comfortably and could easily squeeze more in if necessary. The kitchen is well appointed for cooking. The living room is large enough where we never felt on top of each other. We will definitely look into renting this house again in the future.

Home is perfect size for three families and multi-generational. Plenty of room for everyone. Love the large dining table for 12 people. The ping pong table was a big hit.

This is a large house and it was perfect for little children and our group of 9. The living room couches were stain resistant and we only had to put a safety gate at the bottom of the stairs to make it safe for the little ones. The large dining room table was a plus and the kitchen was well stocked. The check in and check out was very easy and Bennington sent a text when the house was ready for us, which was appreciated! We loved having bathrooms in 3 of the bedrooms!! The outdoor deck could use a little upgrade as the paint is peeling and rough! Not sure the advertised queen sized bed in one of the bedrooms is actually queen size? Seemed more like a full size bed although we didn't measure. Overall, we had a wonderful time!!!

Great home for our family vacation with our children and grandchildren. It is spacious, comfortable and has a well equipped large kitchen. We appreciated that everything was exceptionally clean throughout the entire home. The location is perfect. It's in a quiet area conveniently located for accessing all the activities offered at Sunriver. Bennington Properties made the process from reservations to final departure go smoothly.

Great location, and quite reasonably priced consdiering the high quality of the home. Awesome Great Room for large gatherings and dining/working. Master Suite downstairs is huge and perfect for older folks who don't want to deal with stairs. Upstairs suites are large and comfortable. Kitchen in incredibly well stocked and house is always clean. Bennington is also incredibly responsive and prompt with any questions or things that may pop up. All in all, one of our favorite properties to stay at in Sunriver.

WE LOVE SUNRIVER! Our rental home on Todd Lane was absolutely perfect for us! It was beautiful and immaculate! We are a family of eight adults - everyone was so comfortable. The kitchen was fabulous for cooking family dinners and was extremely well stocked, even having many "extras" usually not found in a rental. The huge dining table was such a plus... we enjoyed meals and played games with plenty of room for everyone. The open floor plan and cozy living room made us feel like we were in a luxury resort lodge. We had fun stargazing from the master jacuzzi. We rode bikes everyday- exploring all the trails. Ping pong in the garage was a bonus! The resort area of Sunriver is gorgeous and the little town area is so quaint. We are definitely planning to return! Can't wait for the next stay! We will definitely book with Bennington again- they are great. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, comfortable home with plenty of room for a large group to eat and be together in the roomy living area. we enjoyed our skiing vacation here: Mt. Bachelor had great conditions and no crowds! Beautiful drive to the ski area. We walked and biked the Sun River trails after skiing: The paved trails were clear and we loved the winter nature. The hot tub was warm and ready for us after skiing - We didn't have to wait for it to warm up. We want to come back and experience summer here too.

Our stay at Todd 1 was fantastic. The home was great, very spacious and accommodating. The extra large dining table was great to have a puzzle going at one end and plenty of room for 6 to play games at the other. The home was very clean and the kitchen was spacious and wonderful. The beds and all furniture were very comfortable. The only thing was during the night the upstairs bedrooms would get a bit too warm. We tried to adjust the heat a couple times but with no success. The heat issue was minor though and we would definitely stay in Todd 1 again. Last but not least, as usual the Bennington service and overall system for reservations, home access, cleanliness, etc was top notch. This was our 3rd year in a row renting through Bennington and we have no reason to use any other property management company in the future.

It thrills us to hear that our guests are so happy with their stay and with us that they come back year after year to make more Sunriver family memories. Best Vacation House Ever

We have rented in Sunriver and various places all over the world and this by far was the best house! Clean, spacious, well furnished, extremely well-equipped kitchen (complete with turkey roaster for Thanksgiving). Each bedroom had its own bath which was terrific. We enjoyed the fact that we could all be together even if some of us were cooking, some playing games at the table (for 12) and some watching football. Seven of us agreed that it was the best house we've ever rented. We had no problems, the house was in a convenient location and after 16 inches of snow, someone came and plowed our driveway!

This was our first trip to Oregon, and we all fell in love. Sun River is heaven on earth for anyone who loves the outdoors. We've rented several homes in various geographies and Todd 1 is an amazing home that was perfect in every way for a family of 8. It is very comfortable space, impeccably maintained, and equipped with anything you could ever need. Bennington Properties was outstanding to work with...responsive, helpful and totally buttoned up!
