Warm and inviting, this thoughtfully furnished Sunriver home has the feeling of a cozy cabin in the woods, with updated features like hardwood floors and granite countertops. Downstairs air-conditioning keeps the home cool during the day, while a gas river-rock fireplace in the living room will keep you cozy when watching the big game or a movie on the 55" Smart TV with home theater system in the living room.
The kitchen with granite counters and flattop range is stocked with everything you'll need to host a dinner party, though in the summertime you might opt for a casual BBQ out on the deck. A large gas grill, bench seating and private hot tub makes this large, wrap-around deck a favorite feature of 11 Todd.
There are two guest bedrooms and one full bathroom on the main floor. One bedroom has a Queen bed and 46" Flat Screen TV, and the other has a Twin Bunk bed, desk and TV.
The upper level features a bedroom with a comfortable King bed, 40" Flat Screen TV, vaulted ceilings, private balcony and attached bathroom.
Exploring Sunriver will be a breeze riding one of the 4 adult bikes provided with this vacation rental home.
Please note: the garage is not accessible to guests.

We had the most wonderful stay in this beautiful home! We enjoyed the deck and hot tub every night! The house was well stocked and stayed very cool in the very hot 95 degree days we had. Cooled off nicely a few nights to even enjoy the hot tub.

The kitchen is lovely, though there is no cabinet space for food other than the refrigerator. The hot tub was wonderful with a nice private enclosed space right out of one of the sliding glass doors. The home overall is comfortable and well stocked for your cooking needs.

We had a great stay at 11 Todd Lane. One night during our stay, a circuit breaker tripped and we lost all power to the house. We were unable to find the panel so we called the management company. They responded immediately and sent someone out to investigate. The panel was located in the garage which was locked and we did not have access to, but they were able to reset the breaker. We had power restored about 40 minutes after calling on a holiday week. We were impressed! Thank you!

This is our third time booking with BP and we’ve never had a bad experience. With this stay I accidentally booked the house for the wrong day. On the day I thought we were supposed to check in I realized my error and immediately called BP in a panic. Fortunately our house was available a day early and they worked quickly (after normal business hours) to get us in that night. Can’t say enough about their awesome customer service. The house was very clean and everything worked. My only complaint about the house is the two sliders in the living room do not have curtains. Other than that it was a wonder I’ll weekend getaway for us.

It's rare to find an updated house in Sunriver. This place was well-appointed and the perfect size for our group of four attending a work conference. There are four bikes available (locked on the front porch) and there is a large hot tub in a private enclosure off the dining area. Everyone slept well and enjoyed relaxing on the deck in between adventures. I'd happily rent this place again. The property management company was friendly and responsive and helped me get access to the property when Air BnB's texts & emails did not come through.

Nice home! There were only 2 of us this trip. But if all three bedrooms were in use, the home would be a bit 'compact' during the winter, because the kitchen and great room are not tiny, but not large either. Should be great in the summer though because of the large deck. The hot tub was great.

Hot tub is quite private, and the access is superb. Living space is on the smaller side compared to number of bedrooms and beds. Very clean, comfortable and everything works well. Internet is speedy, and streaming collection is good. Communication with Bennington via text works great, and they're quick to respond and quite helpful.

This house was outstanding! The kitchen was the best I have ever seen --spices, pots, pans, dishes, etc. The only thing that I would recommend to the owner is to replace the downstairs toilet which is slow to flush. Bennington was exceptional in every way. Thank you!

We had the best time in Sunriver and loved the Todd Lane home. Our only hiccup was with the bikes - we went to ride bikes and one of the tires had a flat so I called Bennington. We had brought an extra bike so went ahead with our ride - we were surprised to see the bike repair guy at the house so soon after we called fixing the tire! Great customer service-a few of the seats on the other bikes were a bit too high and didn't have quick releases to adjust so he fixed those for us too. We have absolutely no complaints or suggestions-Bennington Properties made us feel at home! We saw three beautiful deer off the deck on our last night! Perfect ending to our trip. Thank you!

We loved this home on Todd Lane - it was in a perfect and quiet location. Well equipped home with comfortable furniture - we loved spending time on the deck as well. My only *ding* would be that the lock kept malfunctioning but Bennington was exceptional in taking care of us.

We found 11 Todd to be a very lovely home. It certainly met our needs as we commuted back and forth from Bend for our son's basketball state tournament. The only thing was that the television in the living room either wasn't working or it was an operator error when we followed the directions for using the remotes. Thanks

This was a good, winter vacation stay for us. The home suited our family of 4 very well. We liked the close proximity to one of the paths which lead to the river. The one issue we had is that the fireplace was very complicated to light so we didn't get to use it which would have been helpful to combat the cold air coming out of it! Overall a good stay!

All in all we enjoyed our stay at 11 Todd Lane. Upon arrival we noticed a broken door on one of the kitchen cabinets and informed Bennington of this. The kitchen was well stocked and recently remodeled and the cabin was very clean. The furniture was a bit dated, but comfortable for my family and our two shih tzu's. The location was great and we really enjoyed the fire place after long walks around. The only thing I would say I didnt like was the water temperature in the showers. It would go from completely freezing to boiling hot..not fun! These are minor issues and would recommend this cabin to friends.
