This charming single-level home will surely be your new favorite getaway in Sunriver. Brimming with charm from the vaulted, wood beam ceiling to the wood-burning stove and open-concept great room, you won't want to leave Timber 7.
The living room features a 75" Smart TV, wood-burning stove, cozy furnishings and has access to the back deck area with a private hot tub and gas BBQ grill. In the updated kitchen you'll find everything you need to make any budding chef feel right at home. The ample countertops allow space to whip up your favorite meals. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room with seating for 8 plus two more at the breakfast bar.
The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and is located next to a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedrooms two and three feature queen beds and share a second full bathroom with a walk-in shower. All bedrooms have wall-mounted 43" Smart TVs ready for your favorite streaming channel.
Off the living room is a bonus area with a 55" Smart TV, a DVD player, Murphy bed, foosball table, and plenty of seating to gather around for movie night.
When you're ready to hit the road, take off on one of the 5 beach cruisers provided and cruise around on the winding bike paths throughout Sunriver.

Timber 7 was a wonderful layout for our family with two bedrooms up front for the adults and an air conditioned bedroom in the back off the playroom for the kids. This allowed for a quiet space for naps and nighttime, so the adults could play games at the spacious dinning table without disturbing the kids. The front two bedrooms did not have air, but with the windows open at night and the ceiling fans we were able to cool it off for sleeping, until the forest fire hit and it was to smoky to have the windows open. Thank goodness that was for only one night for us. There is a large deck in the back with ample room to sit. The house backs up to the train track, with trains going by 2-4 times during the day, which the kids loved to watch. We did have several nights where 1-3 trains went by, then we had one night that there were not any. The location was great, close to Fort Rock Park, the SHARC (which 8 passes were provided) and the Village, which was an easy bike ride for the 6 year old.
Great home, would stay here again!

This home is in a convenient location to SHARC and Fort Rock Park. It has had a lot of updates and was pretty clean and comfortable. There are a ton of games, bikes and a TV in each room- which, with kids made it easy for everyone to stay busy doing something of we were in the home. The beds were very comfortable, I believe the king mattress in the master is a cooling memory foam/gel. Good water pressure in the showers. However, if 3-4 people need to shower right after each other using a "standard" shower , the water was cool by the 3rd person- not a big deal, as that was a rare occasion and not uncommon. There is a high chair and pack and play at this home, which were clean and easy to use. The house stayed cool with the fans and air conditioners. It did get a little chilly a few mornings and being August we didn't feel the need to start a fire in the wood stove. The bedrooms all had wall heaters, if we had wanted to warm them up. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay and we would definitely stay here again.

This home was the perfect place to call home while galavanting around Sunriver for the weekend. Bennington and the homeowner really put attention into the amenities, especially the kitchen which was well appointed and had everything we needed and more. Everything from the cushy furnishings, giant tv with streaming, foosball, and cruiser bikes made this an epic stay. Will be back!
