Very nice layout, easy access to bike trails and a beautiful hot tub. Plenty of full bathrooms and extra towels. Near the train tracks, but in 5 days we only heard a couple of trains. Very peaceful!

This home was so spacious, well stocked and CLEAN. I loved that there were multiple rooms with queen/king beds AND a separate room with two sets of bunks (which was perfect for our 4 girls!). The game tables in the garage were a hit for the kids and the hot tub a hit with the adults. The gas fireplace was lovely and the open concept of the space altogether was perfect. I appreciate such a clean home, especially when pet friendly. I’d gladly stay here again.

The pictures do not do this house justice. It is beautiful and had almost everything we needed, including a fan in every room. I only had once large complaint and that would be the beds. They were horrible to sleep on and not just one or two, but all of them. My husband had to sleep on the sofa and I had to sleep on the bunk beds because the beds were so hard and uncomfortable that we weren't sleeping at night. Other than the beds, this rental is perfect. We would absolutely return if the beds were replaced. It is the perfect family rental.

Nice house with plenty of amenities for the guests to use. Wifi is iffy at times and the hot tub takes about 3 hours to warm up so once you arrive turn it on and get it heated if you want to use it right away.

Timber 3 was a great house for a reunion of couples that haven't seen each other for many years. The house is very comfortable and clean. The kitchen is well appointed and the appliances and relatively new. House if built for 3 couples and 4 children (bunk beds). The dining room table accommodates 10 but there are only 8 chairs to the table so you need to contact Bennington for some additional bridge chairs. We borrowed chairs from one of our reunion couples that owned a house in the area. There is one very comfortable master suite with attached bath. Other bedrooms have bathrooms just adjacent off the hallway. Games, TVs, DVDs all available. Nice deck and hot tub out back but it was too cold to sit on the deck and the hot tub was unused. I gave the house excellent ratings because, overall, we were very, very happy with the facilities and Bennington provided excellent service for anything we needed or questions we had.

This house was everything we had expected. Worried about not having central air conditioning but the strong fans provided made all the difference. Loved the layout of the house and having 3 bathrooms. It was well located and the occasional train was not an issue at all. Perfect time together making family memories. Be sure to check with Bennington office for passes to use at local attractions.

Shower head and water pressure in master bathroom were a little less than we would have liked.(sporadic amounts of water coming thru shower head) Adjacent small bathroom toilet seemed to run and make noise for long periods after use. We loved the house and are looking forward to visiting in the future!

We stayed at this house a couple years ago and really loved it and we still like it. My family and I felt like a few changes to the home would make it some much better. First of all, nobody slept that good. The mattresses were very uncomfortable. Also one of the ladders in the bunk room was really broken and really unsafe (easy fix). Also, it would be really nice if there were blinds in the bunk bed room. The pans in the kitchen need to be replaced. The handles were really loose. Last but not least, it would be a nice touch to put small bottles of shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms. Overall we had an amazing trip and still like the house but feel like for what we paid over 3 days, those improvements would gaurentee that guests would always come back. We will always use Bennington Properties but we might look at a different house next year if these improvements aren't made. The floor plan of this house is incredible and the 3 full baths is a plus😊. Thanks again!

We really liked this house! We enjoyed the continuity of the layout, the furniture and wall coverings. It is only 1700 sqr feet, but it feels like 2500. There is no clutter, no mismatch of utensils, pots, pans, etc. Each bedroom has a TV and three bathrooms came in handy. The kitchen/living room location allows the master bedroom to be remote from the other bedrooms. It is easy to get to the Shark and Village without traversing roundabouts. This is especially useful when driving at night. The only thing we missed from home was the ability to pause a tv show when being distracted by something. We had to endure a lot of commercials, but were able to connect to our Apple TV for movies. WiFi was very good.

My family was able to get together after a few years of not seeing each other and this home was perfect for us! We were able to gather around the open floor plan and cook while others played cards. The home has an inviting Sunriver Lodge feel that was perfect for our out of state guests who has never experienced Sunriver. The bonus features were the bikes, ping pong and the hot tub. Wow! What a great time we had.

Staying at 3 Timber Lane was one of our all time favorite vacations. The house has a wonderful cabin feel, is completely updated, is in perfect condition and has all of the amenities needed. We took full advantage of the bbq, hot tub, fire place, bikes, ping pong table and foosball table. The location is walking distance to the Village, Fort Rock and the Sharc. We also went on a rafting trip, a fishing trip, played golf and drove to Crater Lake. You can't beat this place and Sunriver overall!!!

Thank you for your prompt and kind service when our son got car sick and we needed cleaning materials. This was the first year that the spa turned green and ran out of chlorine. The spa service showed up quickly. The spa was drained and ready in 12 hours. Two days later the spa is cloudy again. We do not think its cleaning properly .

Great house, and this is our third stay at sunriver, each time with Bennington. Great company. It was disappointing that this home does not provice sharc passes... its expensive. We had to spend 50.00 approx for two passes for multi day (three days) of use. We also borrowed some passses from other family who were renting houses from bennington also. They all had passes, but this house did not. Also... the train is close, and it is very loud! Incase you have a sleeping baby. Love the area, love the bike paths, enjoyed the village. House is adorable. <br/>

Management was good, good location, but dishwasher wouldn't drain, garage door kept going up and one of bikes was broken. A bike was rented for us by mgt and they sent out repair man... But dishwasher never drained and door would still go up.

The home is beautiful but has two draw backs- the second queen size bed was very uncomfortable. We hurt in the morning because it was so hard and the hot tub was very small. Other than that it was great place to stay. Closer to town and the pool.

This home was in a great location, walking distance to Fort Rock park and just 2-3 minutes from the SHARC. The home was very clean and fit our families perfectly. The decor of the home was very warm and inviting, and I think everyone's favorite part of the home was the fireplace with a perfect ledge to sit. The kitchen and living room areas were a little right, but the bedrooms were great sizes and everyone was able to have their own bathrooms. In the garage was a Ping pong table and Foosball table which we both used and had a blast! I would have to say the only downfall to this home was that it is located pretty close to the train tracks and although you don't hear any horn-blowing it is still quite loud as it passes by and it did wake everyone up a couple different times in the middle of the night, including our small children. Besides that this was a great home that I would definitely recommend.
