This centrally located Sunriver home is bright and cheery and the spacious floor plan is perfect for gathering the family. The living room boasts comfortable seating, a flat screen TV, and gas fireplace. The kitchen is well stocked, including a gas stove and bar seating. Step outside to find patio seating, a gas grill and private hot tub, surrounded by the forest.
The bedrooms offer great separation for large groups: downstairs on the main floor are 2 bedrooms, one King suite and a second King bedroom with adjacent bathroom. Head upstairs to find 3 more bedrooms; two queen bedrooms, and a quadruple twin bedroom.
4 Tan Oak is centrally located in Sunriver and a short walk from the ball fields, tennis courts, picnic area and playground at Fort Rock Park.

Extremely Comfortable Stay in this Very Well Appointed Home

Our stay at 4 Tan Oak Lane has been extremely comfortable and has exceeded our expectations wonderfully. The home is very well appointed and spacious as well as nicely furnished. Large parties will appreciate the additional space so that they can spread out whenever privacy is desirable; moreover, there are also large communal spaces such as the kitchen, living room, and dining room that allow for extra time together. We were particularly impressed with the roomy and highly functional kitchen that provided extra seating at a wrap-around bar, the dining room which boasted a long table and plenty of seating perfect for entertaining, and the cheery gas fireplace which served as the centerpiece of the rustic living room. Additional features of the house, such as the advertised private hot tub and free wifi were easy to operate and access. Furthermore, guests will appreciate the high quality of the flat-panel television in the living room that provides easy access to digital entertainment.

Beautiful surrounding for this large, dog friendly family home. Close to everything Sunriver has to offer such as the SHARC and Sunriver Village. The home was clean, comfortable and very spacious. Bennington Properties communicated with us through our entire stay and made us feel right at home. Bennington took the guess work out of figuring out the small details of our stay. We would love to stay at the home again on our next adventure to Sunriver.

While, SR was not super hot, the A/C was effective. I read a review saying A/Ced room in the house. Certainly made me nervous prior to arrival. The house was well equipped but not overloaded with stuff. Just the right quantity of things. A thoughtful job by the renters.

We needed a home to stay with my son-in-law, daughter and 3 month old . The home was comfortable, clean and incredibly well provisioned. Kitchen pots, pans, cutlery, dishes, glasses were first rate. Hot tub gave a good soak,, necessary after a round of golf in low thirty degree temps! Beds, mattresses were good quality. Furniture was in good condition, and comfortable. Will return on future visits.
