This two-story home is situated on a quiet cul de sac just a short walk to Fort Rock Park. The inviting living room features a gas fireplace, comfortable seating and TV with DVD player. Enjoy preparing your family favorites in the well-equipped kitchen and sit down for a meal in the adjacent dining room with seating for 8.
There are two queen bedrooms and full bathroom on the main level, Head upstairs to find the King ensuite bedroom featuring a large flat screen TV and an alcove that includes two twin beds.
Sit outside on the spacious deck and soak up some great Sunriver sun or check out the stars from the hot tub at night. The 4 adult bikes provided with this vacation rental allow for family bike riding fun!
This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.

The area with the twin beds off the master is a totally separate room! We thought it was just a little nook so we were pleasantly surprised. Loved spending lots of time on the spacious and updated deck!

The house was great for my family of 4 and our friends, and we had a wonderful time. The kitchen was surprisingly well-stocked for baking, which I really appreciated because I felt like making cupcakes! But the biggest thing that impacted our trip was how responsive Bennington was to two issues that came up: 1) the furnace wasn't turning on when we first arrived, and Bennington had a maintenance person come to us after-hours to fix it, which was so appreciated; and 2) our car battery died, and Bennington went completely above and beyond by sending someone over to our house to jump our car. I'm not saying anyone should rely on them to help with their car battery (I feel bad for asking!), but it was a very kind gesture on their part that made our day. Thank you!!

A great place for a family who enjoys skiing and the outdoors. The house had ample space for 5 adults and 2 kids, ages 9 and 7. We loved the layout of the upstairs. The house was very comfortable and perfect arrangement for us. The kitchen was stocked with the right amount of dishware and cooking utensils. The appliances are all modern. The water pressure was great and we never ran out of hot water. The hot tub was working and easy to use - great after a long day of skiing! We used the wood stove fireplace each night. It made the place warm and cozy. There was ample firewood in the garage. Everything met our expectations. We would definitely return to this rental home. The park was a short walk away.

Great house for multiple families!! Perfect open concept for larger number of people but also had amble privacy as needed. Parking is TIGHT in the drive way but there was room in the garage for a car too. Easy to find and to access The Village, just a short drive down the road.

There is a small bedroom (could have been an office in the past) with 2 (two) twin beds inside the master bedroom upstairs. The only access to this small bedroom is thru the master bedroom. Other than that the place is really nice, quiet, close to the Village and very clean. Everything from the hospitality to the location was great. Thank you!

This house was perfect for our families. The kitchen has attractive stainless steel appliances. The rooms are well appointed. The two twin bedroom is only accessible via the King Master, so it's perfect for a family of four. If you needed those beds for anyone else, it would make for some interesting bathroom runs or coordinated bed times :) The house was a little hard to maintain warmth throughout. It has an amazing wood fire stove in the living room, but while to upstairs stayed very warm, the bedrooms downstairs were cold. But overall, an amazing time had by our families made in part by this great home.

Neighbors have dogs that they do not keep on a leash and always want to come bother you in the hot tub or start barking super early in the morning.

While dogs are not required to be on a leash in Sunriver, they must be under effective voice control, though it sounds like that unfortunately was not the case here. In the future, please reach out to us if you have any issues such as this and we will do our best to assist in resolving the matter. With so many rental properties throughout Sunriver, it's likely that these were renter's dog as we have not heard of this being an issue in the past. We hope you enjoyed your stay nonetheless.

It's warm, comfortable and inviting. Rustic yet modern. There was plenty of room for our family. We liked how the kitchen and dining room was open to the living room. The kitchen had everything we needed. Hot tub was perfect. The house was very clean and well kept up. The only thing that I did not like was that the beds were hard. This is only a personal preference, no fault of the property.

This house was clean and very well stocked. We stuck all the kids in the master suite and both couples took the queen rooms downstairs. Kids mess and all were out of our way!
