This spacious, reverse living home is situated between the Woodlands Golf Course and Fort Rock Park. The upper level great room features a cozy fireplace, comfy furnishings, vaulted ceilings and tons of natural light. Enjoy cooking in the well equipped kitchen or take your meal outside to grill on the gas bbq. The adjacent dining room seats 8 and is the perfect hangout spot to keep the chef in the kitchen company.
On this upper level you'll find the primary king bedroom suite with gas fireplace and private attached bathroom. There is also a half guest bathroom on this level.
Head downstairs to find a king bedroom, queen bedroom, bunk room and two full bathrooms.
Soak in the hot tub after a day of fun in Central Oregon. Situated with other homes on the same street, this would pair beautifully for a family reunion and is nicely situated near Fort Rock Park. Take a bike ride anywhere in Sunriver on one of the 5 adult bikes provided with this vacation rental house.
This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.

The house appeared to have a recent update/ refresh. It felt and looked fresh and clean. The house is very well stocked- plenty of towels, blankets pillows, etc the house has every utensil / cookware you could need in the kitchen and there is still enough empty cupboard space for groceries. The rooms were just as advertised and the 1/2 bath off the living room is perfect for multi family rental.

We rented Tan Oak 33 and another family member rented Tan Oak 38 for a family vacation and it was great! Easy to walk back and forth between the two. Great value for the price. This home does not have a/c but we managed ok with ample fans they provided and the cool mountain air pouring in the windows all night long. We saw lots of deer from the deck and enjoyed the open kitchen and dining area for entertaining. Very pleased!

This house does not come with any SHARC passes but we didn't miss them. All but 2 of the bikes are fixed wheel cruisers. Bring your own if you need gears. There is no AC but only one bedroom is upstairs and the rest are downstairs and stayed nice and cool in the evenings. There are lots of fans throughout the house to help move air. The furnishings are great, the house was super clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed our stay here and would book again. Thank you!

Great location close to Fort Rock Park. Well stocked kitchen and lots of open space in the house. Lots of room for three families (we were 8 people). The hot tub, Bikes, laundry, internet and TVs all worked well. The location is quiet.

Great place for family and friends. The kitchen/living room area in particular is superb and makes it easy to all be together. The large table sits everyone and the kitchen is well equipped. We loved the two gas fireplaces.

Our family enjoyed our stay at the home at Tan Oak Lane. 9 of us, including 3 children, fit comfortably. There were lots of activities in the area and the home is situated close to the SHARC and retail centers. We would definitely consider staying at the property for another vacation.

Had a wonderful time at 33 Tan Oak! The bedroom arrangement worked well for our family. Beds were very comfortable. Carpets were a bit soiled in places, otherwise home was very clean. It would be helpful to have some cleaning products on hand, such as bathroom cleaner. Fan in living room was noisy.

We were hesitant to stay at this house since there were no reviews and I couldn't quite tell the layout. We were pleasantly surprised. The top floor contained the kitchen (very well equipped!), living room, master bedroom/bath, and a half bath. The downstairs had one bedroom with an attached bath. Across the hall was a room with 2 nice bunks. Down the hall was a queen bedroom with a bathroom across the hall. The hot-tub was located off of this floor, with walls all around it. There is a ping pong table and a foosball table in the garage. Great house!
