This 4 Bedroom, 3.5 Bathroom luxury home is bursting with all of the amenities you are looking for. Relax with your family in the spacious living room with 55" Smart TV and DVD player, gas fireplace and comfortable furnishings. Cook up something delicious in the adjacent kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your family favorites. Head upstairs to the spacious media room with giant 65" Smart TV, ping pong and pool table, or just hang out and catch up on your reading.
When it's time to turn in for the night, this home is well laid out. There are two king ensuites, both with 55" Smart TVs and attached, private bathrooms. The third bedroom has 2 queen beds, and Bedroom 4 has two pyramid bunks with twin over queen arrangements. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom. A half bath rounds off the main level.
Head outside to soak your cares away in a private hot tub or grill up some grub on the gas BBQ or the Traeger. There's also a firepit in the back for those chill Sunriver evenings.
This home includes 5 Rental Cards (2 guests per card) for accessing the following Caldera Springs Amenities: Quarry Pool and Fitness Center, Discovery Park, Ponderosa Park, Sable Rock Park, lakes, fishing, paved and barked pathways, tennis/pickleball courts and basketball court.

We loved our stay with friends at this beautiful home in Caldera Springs. It had everything we needed and more! It is close to the walking/biking trails as well as the pool and restaurant. The fire pit, hot tub and outdoor areas were a perfect place to relax and unwind. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a wonderful stay in this gorgeous house! It's spacious for large groups and extended families, with very comfortable beds and furnishings. The two main suites are a great feature for multiple families. The kitchen and dining areas are spacious and well equipped for entertaining. The location is great for wooded walks, bike rides and quick trips to the many nearby amenities. We also enjoyed the pool table, hot tub and outdoor seating areas. This is a special property to make great memories in!

We have thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful property. It is located in a private, gated community and is close to great restaurants and shopping at the village. We have stayed here more than once and it is a great vacation spot for all seasons!
