This reverse living, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has been recently updated and will be your perfect home-away-from-home in Sunriver
Upstairs you'll find the living room with comfortable leather seating, wood fireplace and TV. The newly remodeled kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless appliances, and hardwood flooring is fully stocked and ready for preparation of all of your family meals. reverse living floor plan and lots of natural light.
The King ensuite bedroom and attached bath is on the main level off the great room. This room has direct access to the home's private hot tub.
Downstairs you find bedrooms 2 and 3, a Queen bedroom, and a bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds. There is a shared, full bathroom on this level.
Take a bike ride along the 40+ miles of paved bike paths on one of the 4 adult bikes provided with the home. Guests will enjoy soaking in the private hot tub, BBQing with friends and a friendly game of foosball, all surrounded by mature ponderosa pine trees.
This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.
Family reunion? Great! Book this home along with 13 Splitrock and have room for the whole family.

No A/c, which we knew...there were a couple fans and we brought a few extras. The Hot temps were manageable. Nice hot tub, cleaned and serviced. Easy access from North entrance and quiet spot at SR.

This was a great house. It was very clean. We loved the layout with the master on the upper floor and the rest of the bedrooms downstairs. There were only two of us on this trip, so we did not need to use the downstairs. However, it would give families or couples some separation/space. We cooked quite a bit while we were there and found the kitchen to be well equipped. The back deck has a gate across the stairs so out dogs were able to be outside with us and we didn't have to worry that they would escape. There were plenty of towels, soap, etc. for our 4 day stay. Overall a great home and really enjoyed our stay.

There is no window in the master bedroom only a door which has no screen. This makes the room extremely hot when u can't open anything up at night.

Great location right near north store, tennis courts and park. House is straightforward and nice and clean. Kitchen pretty well stocked. Hot tub is great, although the cover may require assistance from the son of Odin to lift, may be time to replace it. Deck furniture is fairly spartan and seems like an inexpensive afterthought that doesn't match the quality of the rest of the house, but if you don't care about lounging or eating on the deck then no worries. Great responsiveness and service!

It's a great house for a small family. Our only real complaint would be not enough comfortable seating, especially for adults. There's only 1 small couch, and one chair, when the house says "it sleeps 8". We love Bennington! We use you every time we come to Sun River.

We loved staying at this home. It is large & comfortable and dog friendly. While there are steps leading into the house, our 13yr old lab climbed them daily. The paved path around Sunriver is just steps away. We enjoyed the hot tub, with lots of privacy. We would happily stay here again.

Great Sunriver Stay at 8 Splitrock

We rented 8 Splitrock for family coming in for my daughter's wedding. They had a very nice stay, and the separation of space was good. We also liked that it was at the very front of Sunriver resort, easy to find. The only thing was the king bed kind of sank a little in the middle. Not enough to be too upset, but maybe it should be changed. The reservation staff was awesome too! We will use them again. Thanks."
