This wonderful, air conditioned, single-level home boasts 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, plus a small bonus area with a TV and a sofa, accommodating up to 10 of your closest friends and family.
Upon arrival, step up onto the large, wrap-around deck and head to the front door - you will enter into the great room with an open sight line to the living area with vaulted ceilings, a beautiful river rock, gas fireplace, flat screen TV and comfortable seating. Preparing meals for the group will be a breeze in the well-stocked kitchen. Start with breakfast in the morning at the farm style dining table, then end the day by stepping outside onto the deck to grill dinner on the gas BBQ and dine at the two patio tables.
After a soak under the stars in the private hot tub, head inside for a good night's sleep. Bedroom 1 has a comfortable king bed, while bedroom 2 has a king bed and a twin bunk, perfect for a young family. The 2 remaining guest bedrooms each have a queen bed. You'll have to pass through the bonus TV room to access the back bedroom, but it provides a great secondary living space for the kids to watch a movie! The owners have upgraded to a tankless water heater so no cold showers for any guests.
Tour all of the local hot spots in Sunriver on one of the 7 adult bikes you will find waiting for you in the garage! Tucked at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, a short walk or ride either direction down the adjacent bike path will bring you to the north grocery store or tennis courts. The fun at Fort Rock Park is found a 1/2 mile away, while shops and restaurants at the Village at Sunriver, acres of green fairways at the 2 award-winning Sunriver golf courses, horseback riding, and lazy summertime floats along the Deschutes River are all accessible within a few miles of this home.

This home was perfect for our family escape. Four bathrooms and plenty of living space made it incredibly comfortable for 6 of us for a full week, and the bikes, hot tub and ping pong gave us plenty of ways to occupy time even in the cold and rain. Plan to bring your own speaker(s) if you want music, and enjoy, it's a great house.

The house is big and roomy, gives everyone plenty of space. The living room , dining room and kitchen are all open and its really nice. Kitchen is very well equiped, Bikes and foosball is a great addition for the kids. The house is right next to the main road and bike path so its a little noisy, especially if it was summer and windows were open. Over all the house is great for a large group of people.

Kitchen is stocked fairly well. Hot tub is really warm. Gets icy on deck this time of year. Love the 3 big couches in the main room Be careful with large groups as the hot water heater can't keep up with the amount of showers, dishwasher and washer all at once. A tankless hot water heater would be much better. I didn't get a hot shower or bath once during my stay.

it's spacious, everything is functional. the kids enjoyed the playing ping-pong and biking. neighborhood is quiet and safe. For 3 days before the trip, I tried to check whether we can bring my Aunt's comfort dog. It was frustrating and upsetting for the family to learn last minute that absolutely there's no pet allowed in the property. The family was hoping that because the staff said they will reach out to the owner that there's a chance Lucy our english bulldog can tag along. We're thinking this area should be one of the pet friendly place in the USA. Well, it was a false hope. what a bummer:(

We are a Dog Loving company, however, we cannot welcome dogs to all of our vacation homes (with the exception of certified service animals) as each home owner has the choice to allow pets in their home. Since your reservation was made so close to your arrival, it was unfortunate that we did not have a Dog Loving homes open to accommodate your needs during our busy summer season. I understand that you spoke with our reservation team, who referred you to another local rental company that may have open pet friendly homes, and that that company was who advised you that we could ask the owner, not our team. Our family enjoyed your property at 13 Splitrock Lane. The place has plenty of space for 6 adults and 5 children. It is a well stocked home. The location is also great. We wish we had more time to enjoy the place. Your staff also provided us excellent service. When we called about the broken dishwasher, which was confirmed by the technician that came by, we were given a discount on every night that we stayed there that the dishwasher did not work, which was for the entire time we were there. I call that a good customer service. I have nothing bad to say about your staff. There are 3 things that can be improved on the property: 1) At winter time, it helps when the steps have grip on them. One of our children slipped due to the icy weather one day. One of our adult members also almost slipped. It would probably be necessary to apply grips on the steps. 2) The fold out sofa's frame is broken. That was communicated to me on the day that we were leaving when the sofa bed was put back up. Two children slept there, so we only found out about the broken frame after the stay was over. I did not communicate this anymore to your staff, and I am glad you sent email so that this can be fixed for other future guest's enjoyment. 3) Toilet cover in the King room with bunk beds needs to be replaced due to black stain starting to form on the inner rim. Over all, we enjoyed your property very much. We will not hesitate to stay at any of your properties next time

The eve of the house drains right on walk way to the front door. The walk way was so icey We were supper concerned for a fall. This is a really bad design. There has to be ice remover in addition to the gravel even though it would on the deck.

We had a great time, the house was fine except for the living room fan and no lights working by the hot tub at night. The fan switch was broken and we had to use salad tongs to turn it on.

The house suited us well for 11 people. It was very clean. We did feel that the house could be updated, especially the appliances in the kitchen and some of the furniture. There is no A/C in the house but there were fans in every room which were much appreciated. The weather was perfect while we were there so most of our time was spent on the deck which had a large number of chairs and two tables. The children in the group loved the ping pong table and all the bikes available to us.

This house was not clean. Blankets on beds were stained. There was hair left in the bathroom. The kitchen did not have adequate utensils.<br/>Most of the TVs were out of date.<br/>Bikes were in ill repair. Had to rent. This home is the worst of all that I have rented in the past.

Love this house. So nice for families, several master bedrooms and on a quiet cul-de-sac. Safe for small kids. Stayed here a few times now and plan to return. The wifi isn't great, this is the only complaint I have.

Great Thanksgiving vacation!

We bring our kids and their families for a great getaway every Thanksgiving. We have been coming to Sunriver for about 6 years now and have stayed in different homes. This was our second year at Splitrock 13. Wonderful home with perfect accomodations for all 13 of us. WONDERFUL that there are 3 full couches in the living area, something not all think of for big groups to relax together! Perfect house for room to be together and room to have quiet time when we want.
