This comfortable Sunriver vacation rental home is perfect for several couples or a small group of up to 6 guests; a reverse living layout provides for good separation with the living, dining, kitchen and primary ensuite bedroom located on the light-filled second story, and the two guest bedrooms, shared bathroom, and laundry facilities nestled downstairs on the ground level.
The vaulted ceilings and large wrap-around windows let lots of light pour into the spotless kitchen with corian countertops, stainless appliances, and a glass flat top range. Pull up a barstool to the large island or sit down to dinner at the adjacent wooden dining table with seats for 6.
Head out the sliding glass doors leading from the dining and living areas onto the large, upper deck, providing convenient access to the gas BBQ grill, patio seating and the hot tub.
The living room is comfortably furnished with two leather sofas where you can cozy up to the gas fireplace and watch the big game on the flat-screen TV. The tastefully furnished primary bedroom features vaulted ceilings, a flat-screen TV, ensuite bathroom with a separate walk-in shower and jetted tub, and private access to the hot tub! Head downstairs to find 2 additional bedrooms - the "Cowboy Room" and the "Fisherman's Paradise" - each with a Queen bed. These bedrooms share the downstairs bathroom.
Challenge your group to a ping pong tournament on the table in the garage. With tennis courts and the Woodlands Golf Course and clubhouse located a short trip down the bike path, and the fun at Fort Rock Park, launch for lazy summertime floats down the meandering Deschutes River and the Oregon Observatory and Sunriver Nature Center located within a few miles of 6 Shag Bark Lane, you won't have to travel far for fun!

The house is filled with light from all the windows on the main floor, it was so restful and lovely, we could see the moon at night too. The area is quiet and peaceful. The master bed matress is very comfortable, we did not try the other beds as there were only 2 of us. The home was immaculate when we arrived, and since there is a lot of white carpet, white tile and mirrors the housecleaner must be very diligent! I would definitely rent this house again. Sunriver is a good location to access cross country skiing and snowshoeing, which we did most days. The snow was perfect!

With windows on 3 sides, the kitchen-dining-living space upstairs is a nice, open, light-filled perch in the trees. (Plus, there are easy-to-manage sunshades on all windows.) Downstairs, 2 bedrooms share a bath. The AC is a big plus when the temp outside is in the high 90s!

Lovely light filled room, clean, well stocked kitchen with nice cookware. Wonderful wrap around porch. Main living area is upstairs. We had a small group, but if we were there with a larger group having no bathroom other than in the master bedroom upstairs, having to use bathroom down stairs would be a little inconvenient.

It was a very nice and cozy home. It was equipped with all the necessary items a rental would have. The ping pong table and bikes were a plus. The place was clean and the location was great. I would recommend this place!

Layout is wonderful. We liked the open floor plan. Although, a small step stool to reach the highest cabinets in the kitchen would be helpful. We had to climb on the counter to reach items in the top most kitchen cabinets. Hot tub was a great touch even though we did not use (but likely will next time). Wrap around Deck was a great feature. Fans in every bedroom and the ceiling fans helped immensely!

We had a really good last minute find at Sunriver. The company has a well-oiled machine for follow up and details. Property needs a little enhancing, yet for the value, it was a nice choice especially on short notice.
