This home is a great find with beautifully landscaped front yard, gorgeous natural light, and space for the whole family!
Upstairs you’ll find a great room layout with a comfortable living room featuring a gas fireplace, large flat screen TV, and access to the back deck for grilling or soaking up that wonderful Sunriver sun. The kitchen is fully equipped for entertaining, featuring a wet bar, gas stove top, and Espresso machine.
Upstairs also offers a half bathroom, adjacent to the spacious King Primary bedroom with deck access. Enjoy a relaxing bath in the large, jetted tub and make yourself at home with a huge walk-in closet.
Downstairs you'll find three more bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is a King bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower/tub combo. Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds. Bedroom 3 has a King plus a gas fireplace. The additional full bathroom can be accessible from the hall or twin bedroom and has dual sinks and a shower/tub combo.
Explore all that Sunriver has to offer, head out on one of the 5 bicycles, or stay at home and play Ping-Pong waiting for you in the garage.
This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow-paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.

This was the perfect home for us as a family with adult children. It is located right by my parents residence so the location was exactly what we were looking for. The house was even nicer in person. Kitchen, dining area, and living room were so open and inviting with enough space for us all to be comfortable and hang out. Loved having the bikes at our disposal. No A/C didn't bother us a bit...I was a little worried....but opening up the windows at night and using all the box fans found in the closets made it so comfortable. Easy to communicate with the property manager as well.

Bennington is very responsive to any queries and are very professional and helpful. This is the 4th time we have rented this unit for a family reunion (3-4 housefuls of family members), and it is a great gathering place. The unit can use some TLC that I am sure Bennington is attending to (dishwasher door, kitchen faucet, deck table, driveway light). The futon in the downstairs bedroom is really more of a couch than an extra bed for any length of time or any full size person. Even so, it really works well for larger group gatherings.

Bennington Properties went above and beyond. When working with property management companies it can be frustrating. They can lack the personal touch renting from an individual can provide. But this company Cleary cares about more than the bottom line. They were so helpful in ensuring our stay could be the best it possibly could be, providing a personal touch, reaching out proactively to see how things were going and responding immediately to request for help with our rental home. Have a wonderful experience with them and would highly recommend them.

I would not rent this until kitchen appliances were fixed or replaced.

We were there partly for tennis sectionals which were held at the north courts, and it was a spectacular location! I would recommend the futon be changed to a regular futon. That futon bed was too short.

Just minor things, like no spices for cooking and limited cookware. The step in the kitchen is quite a hazard. Other than that, a beautiful home.

It's spacious and very clean and comfortable. It was a perfect home base for a few days of skiing at Mt. Bachelor and I could see it being equally great as a place to explore the area--hiking, fishing, mountain biking--during the summer months. We'll definitely be back!
