Your home away from home awaits you, at this comfortable two-level home within a short walk of Fort Rock Park. Equipped with a wood fireplace to keep you cozy during the cold months and a wraparound deck to enjoy during the summer. The home has 1400 square feet, a well-equipped kitchen, and air conditioning to keep you comfortable. There are two upstairs bedrooms – a King bedroom and a room with two bunk beds, separated by a shared bathroom. The downstairs has a Queen bedroom with adjacent bathroom.
The deck has a new private hot tub and plenty of space for soaking up that Sunriver sunshine or enjoying your morning coffee as well as a gas BBQ for grilling. Put your feet up and enjoy a movie night on the the extending couch.
Enjoy a friendly game of ping pong, cornhole, or darts, located in the garage. When you are ready to explore Sunriver, take a short stroll over to Fort Rock Park or head off on one of the 3 adult bikes.

This cabin is great! Well stocked, awesome fireplace, great location. The bikes(total bonus was the bike with child trailer), ping pong, darts and plenty of toys and dvds for entertainment !! One thing to note is the slats on the stairs and walkway upstairs are pretty wide. My 3yr old could have easily slipped through and fallen to the first floor.

This home is in a great location and is a nice, cozy size for a family of 4-5 adults. The carpeting is very old and dirty and the bedding needs an upgrade too. The dishwasher isn’t appropriately sized for the space and is therefore not built into the the counter well. When you open the door and pull the racks out to load it, the racks will go flying out of the dishwasher. Super frustrating. It also doesn’t clean the dishes very well either. Kind of a bummer when you expect an amenity to work when you pay for it. I’d suggest washing dishes by hand. Overall, this house was just enough for our family. Not sure we’ll come back.

The house was exactly as described and spotless, had plenty of room for our kids and pup. Definitely one of the best hot tubs we've had at an Airbnb. The kids loved the loft area in the bunk bed room, and the TV and Internet were great. The king mattress is memory foam, but very firm. If you like firm mattresses then you'll love this. For us it was too firm, but since it's completely subjective I would not lower the rating for the place overall.

This is the second time we've stayed at 1 Sandhill Lane and have no complaints. The house is clean, has everything we need, games for the kids and a great outdoor space with quick access to the park. Booking through Bennington Properties is always easy! They are responsive, polite, and accommodating. I love that we can communicate via text and they always respond super quickly. We always book through them vs. Air BNB or VRBO and always will for our Sunriver stays!!

Well equipped for children (pack n play, play pen, baby gates, stroller, bike trailer, tons of toys, movies and puzzles), close proximity to park! Kitchen was well stocked with spices, pans, slow cooker, etc. As advertised, we brought our own foil and bags, etc. The grill worked great. The hot tub was clean. The beds were all extremely comfortable!! It’s in a quiet neighborhood on the edge of a cul-de-sac. Large USB multi-ports throughout the house for charging. For parents, the upstairs railing is very wide spread and our three year old could fit her head and body through the slats. We always had to make sure we were keeping an eye on her upstairs.
This house is just as described. Close to Fort Rock Park and walkways.

the bedrooms are really very comfortable to use for daytime lounging as well as getting a good nights rest. Fortunately there is table tennis set up in the garage, so one can do that as well, on colder days.

We loved this house! It was extremely clean, all the furnishings, linens, dishes and kitchen tools were in great shape and updated. Very nicely decorated and super comfortable beds. We had two families of 4 and a dog staying here and no one had a single negative thing to say. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again.
