This cozy vacation home is a great space for a family getaway. The living room is furnished with comfortable leather furniture, gas fireplace, and a flat screen TV. Off of the living and dining room area is a sliding glass door with access to a fully enclosed deck. A hot tub is also available for your enjoyment.
The primary bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, walk in closet, and sliding glass door to the deck. The second bedroom has space for up to 4 kids with a pyramid bunk with twin trundle bed and a flat screen TV for movie nights, and adjacent full bathroom.
Challenge your group to a friendly game of foosball, or take a bike ride anywhere in Sunriver on one of the 2 adult cruiser bikes provided with this vacation rental house. With the home's location a short walk from the Deschutes River and an easy bike ride or drive to Fort Rock Park, the shops and restaurants in the Village at Sunriver, award winning Meadows and Woodlands Golf Courses, Sunriver Stables and Marina, you will be sure to fall in love with 4 Rogue Lane!

This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.

There is no AC, so hot summer days can be warm, but plenty of fans are provided to keep air circulating. Kitchen is well stocked (just missing tongs), and the wrap around deck is great to relax on. Hot tub has a great set up, although did not use this stay. One of our favorite locations that we will continue to rent in years to come.

The house was comfortable, quiet and we loved the location. Close to the river and mountain bike trails which is where we spend most of our time. The fully closed in deck was perfect for letting our smaller dog hang outside with us without having to worry. We will be back!

Beautiful home! Loved our stay at 4 Rogue, home was very comfortable for my husband and I and our pup, nice fireplace and well stocked kitchen. Didn't spend time on the deck because of weather but it looks great! Bennington was wonderful with their communication as usual! Would stay here again!!

Nice location as other house. You have aware that the mattress was uncomfortable. I stayed 2 night for weekend trip and I couldn't sleep at all. I was kind of embracing that I choose this house for my family. unfortunately no one sleep well and heater sound was amazing. At night, you can hear every few minute heater fan sound like tank. Other things were great.

The trip was last minute, and Susie did an exceptional job working with us! Everything was great. Future guests need to know that there are no books or adult games in this house. Lots of toys for kids, though. For serous chefs, there are no real sauce pans. Not a criticism, but things I would have liked to know! Thanks!

Fantastic well-equipped home! We appreciated the high chair, small training potty, small toys, and pack and play for our toddler. Our big kids enjoyed the nintendo and football table. It was a very clean and well-equipped house.

The Rogue 4 house is very clean and comfortable. This was a great house for our little family of four, plus our dog. The house is well equipped with appliances, utensils and dishware. We have stayed with Bennington Properties a half dozen times now and have never had an issue. The homes are always clean and ready, with service just a call away. We love the little care package for our dog and an activity book for our kids.
