Great deck in the back lower floor which is all fenced in case you have dog. It can be accessed from each of the 3 bedrooms in the lower level. It oversees the bike bath. On the lower level are all the bedrooms, garage and 2 full bathrooms. On the top level is the kitchen, living and dining room. There is a private fully enclosed hot tub with access from the mid level. The fridge was newer which is nice. There is an electric fireplace. Like the vaulted ceilings on the upper level. There is a also a working grill on the upper level in smaller deck. There is a ping pong table in the garage. There are lots of puzzles in case you have a rainy day. There are also over 20 DVDs Bennington did a good job cleaning the house when we arrived, and we did our job to maintain and clean upon departure. Thank you

This home was perfect for our family of 4 and fur baby. Love the open concept living up top, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Sunk in hot tub. Great location too, still walkable to everything but not in the main traffic area. This home exceeded our expectations. Would stay again 10/10.

It's a nice house, but is not a great layout in that the living space is upstairs and the bedrooms are down below. There really isn't a yard to take advantage of, but the hot tub is very nice-- perfect temperature. The kitchen is well equipped. The location is nice being near the river.

This house is STOCKED! Probably don't need to bring much of anything. They had everything you could need in terms of kitchen utensils and what not. Great house. Perfect size for our family of 4 and 2 dogs.

People with knee problems may wish to know that there are a lot of stairs in the house; something to think about!

Incredibly comfortable, very clean, lots of amenities and at a fantastic price. Sunriver Village is 5 minutes away and has quaint shops and restaurants. Not far from Bend or Bachelor.

Bathrooms downstairs are kind of tough for old and very young folks so be sure to consider that you have to walk downstairs everytime you need to use the bathroom before renting this home. The upstairs with a combined living area, dining, and kitchen is super cozy and comfy and was perfect for two people. It might seem a bit more crowded with more than four guests - not sure? The bedrooms are very nice and each opens out to a nice large shared deck with table. Our dogs loved the three different level decks from which they could monitor all the critters and protect us. : ) It's a really nice place for dogs we had some great walks across the bridge and over into the Deschutes National Forest. I would definitely rent this home again. I loved the dog beds and treats provided by Bennington.

Everything was perfect, except maybe that the main floor of this split level home did not have a bathroom. Everything we wanted was there. Everything worked. Great hot tub. Nice decks. TV in every room. Bar B Que was wonderful on main deck. We would definitely stay there again. A/C was great when we needed it. Everything was really wonderful.

Great location; house is well-suited for 6 people. The kids could go to bed early downstairs and not be disturbed by the adults who stayed up later. Of course, the hot tub was a big hit but the fireplace didn't even get used because the weather turned out so nice and warm. We arrived a couple of hours early but the house was already cleaned from the previous renters so we were able to get in early to enjoy a few more hours of sunshine. Nicely located near the river so we could walk over in the evening and enjoy the sunsets. Nice house, nicely furnished, great location, and very clean. We will be back!

Our family really enjoyed this home. We did, however experience a few issues. The 3 bikes included in the rental were Big Dog bikes, not mountain bikes, so we had to spend a few hundred to rent bikes for the week. Also, we were never able to get the Wi-Fi up; we called the office and left a message but never got a reply. The house was great; bedrooms downstairs and the beds were really comfortable. The spa was nice, it had a wrap around deck which was really nice. It is pretty far from the village but close to the river. We always enjoy our stay in Bennington homes!

We enjoyed the house and how close it was to everything we wanted to be close to by bicycle. It was perfect. Having the AC was a huge bonus to come home to after hiking in the heat most of the day.​ W​e really enjoyed the property and location. We are already making plans to return to Sunriver again next summer so we can visit the things we missed this year.

Beautifully appointed, family friendly place to stay. Very quiet but still close enough to river and bike paths. Kids loved the hot tub, especially since they could do all kinds of things with the light display. We definitely will be coming back!
