Welcome to 11 Rocky Mountain Lane!
This spacious home is a great gathering spot for the whole family. With high ceilings and beautiful wood accents throughout, you’ll feel like you’re in a lodge in the woods while being close to all that Sunriver has to offer.
The living room features an open layout with gas fireplace and Smart TV. The well-stocked kitchen with gas stove makes entertaining a breeze, and the dining table offers seating for 8. On the main level you’ll find access to the hot tub on the back deck, through the full shared bathroom. The King Master Suite is also on the main level, with plush furnishings, vaulted wood ceilings, Smart TV, a soaking tub and lots of natural light.
Upstairs you’ll find 3 more bedrooms – a king master bedroom with enclosed balcony, a twin bunk bed plus queen room, which shares a jack and jill style bathroom with an adjacent queen room. All bedrooms feature Smart TVs. For some family fun, head out to the garage where you’ll find a furnished lounge area with Smart TV, ping pong, and foosball.
Tour all of the local hot spots in Sunriver on one of the 4 adult bikes you will find waiting for you in the garage! Tucked at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, a short walk or ride either direction down the adjacent bike path will bring you to the north grocery store or tennis courts. The fun at Fort Rock Park is found a 1/2 mile away, while shops and restaurants at the Village at Sunriver, acres of green fairways at the 2 award-winning Sunriver golf courses, horseback riding, and lazy summertime floats along the Deschutes River are all accessible within a few miles of this home.

This was a great house. We had a large group of family getting together and dogs and the property was perfectly set up for our group. It was convenient to the biking trails, north store and the hey. The house had everything we needed and also allowed us to have space to work remotely. We will definitely stay there again. The only thing issue is that they don’t provide SHARC passes. Otherwise perfect.

The house was very clean, the kitchen is very well equipped. All the beds are very comfortable and it was one of our most pleasurable stay, probably the best I think. Sunriver is truly amazing for families. The house has bikes, we used them everyday and took the kids for rides around the resort and stopped for ice ceam at the village center. There is a lot to do in the area, it was amazing. Bellington properties agents were very helpful and very easy to contact, thank you!

This home is absolutely gorgeous! We had 12 of us and had more than enough room. It snowed which made the home that much more cozy. Kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean as can be! Will be booking here again!

This spacious house is perfect for a couple or a large family. Before Covid we planned to have share the space with a few couples. We went on our own and the house was immaculate and felt taken care of during our stay. We would definitely come back with a group or on our own!

Such a lovely stay at this house! Lots of room for plenty of people to stay, very clean and comfortable. The entire house was stocked with everything needed for a long weekend, from kitchenware to towels and linens, and some books and games as well. The location was great for visiting the Sunriver village, and it was very easy to find. Would definitely recommend a stay at this home!

We were so excited to be able to find such a great home to meet our kids and grandkids to celebrate some family birthdays. We had snow at the house and nearby sledding hills and the hot tub in the evenings. We also enjoyed some healthy competition with Ping-Pong in the game room. One of my favorite things about this house was the comfortable beds. We all slept great, every night. Thanks you for such a perfect space with quality accommodations. We felt like we had everything we needed and with little effort. Thank you from all us.
