This stunning, new, custom built luxury home has views of the Sunriver airport and horse pasture, is likely to be your new favorite Sunriver getaway. The homeowners have thought of everything to ensure your comfort and entertainment while staying in this home. One of the main features is the 2,000 sq ft heated sports room in the hangar with a full pickleball court, ping pong, xbox and mini basketball. This home also has taxiway access and dedicated airplane parking.
As you enter the great room, you'll be greeted by a large vaulted great room with wood ceilings, huge fireplace with a custom mantel and large smart TV, plus an impressive sectional that will seat the whole family. The chef's kitchen is sure to inspire the culinarian in the family with a large gas range, ample counterspace and custom cabinets. The adjacent dining room table seats 10, 4 more can fit at the kitchen island.
When it's time to wind down, there are four beautiful bedrooms to choose from. The incredible primary suite, located upstairs, features a king bed, gas fireplace and large, private bath with a giant shower and free-standing soaking tub. Also on this level are a king suite and a bunk room suite. On the main level is a king suite. All bedrooms have smart TVs.
When you are ready to chill, on the main level is a big bonus room with wet bar, foosball, seating area and smart TV.
Head outside for a soak in the private hot tub, enjoy the gas fireplace and views of the airport and horse pasture. You can also grill up and enjoying dining al fresco on the spacious patio with outdoor dining.

I recently stayed at this luxury home in Sunriver, close to Bend, Oregon. It was an impressive getaway as it was newly built, clean with high-end finishes, stunning open views and a perfect mix of relaxation and outdoor adventure. Great for a larger group, The floor plan was nicely thought out, so people can be doing different activities and not interrupting each other in various parts of the home. The fire pit, hot tub, and game room added extra opportunities for everyone to engage, making every moment memorable. Ideal location, impeccably clean, attentive hosting - a truly unforgettable stay!
