This beautiful two-story home is centrally located, making a great launching point for everywhere you want to play in Sunriver.
The open layout of the living room, dining area, and kitchen invites your group to gather while sharing meals and cooking in the well-supplied kitchen with granite countertops and gas stove. Tall ceilings with skylights and tasteful pine and stone accents bring warmth and light to the common area, where you can snuggle up to a movie night on the large flat-screen TV in the living room, and in front of the cozy gas fireplace. To satisfy everyone’s wishes, there is a second large flat screen in the TV room off the kitchen, also supplied with a full-size sleeper sofa.
Exit the dining area to the wrap-around back deck which opens to a wooded common area. The deck is a great place for grilling on the gas grill, dining al fresco, or soaking under the stars in the large, private hot tub.
Head upstairs to find the three bedrooms. Bedroom one is a Queen room, two have twin bunkbeds room, and a King ensuite bedroom. The King room has an attached bath with jetted soaking tub and walk-in closet.
When you’re ready to explore all that Sunriver has to offer, head out on one of the adult bikes provided with this home to explore over 30 miles of paved pathways.
This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air-conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice-cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow-paced, ice cream and iced beer kind of summer.

Home was clean & kitchen was well appointed. Netflix was appreciated & not expected. Kudos to Bennington for partiality reimbursing for some of the Sunriver activities As a builder, did notice house did show some wear & sloppy finish work, but not an issue

The house comes with lots of bikes! Ping pong table is really nice. No SHARC passes, but the 50% reimbursement policy is great. Also applies to rentals or services for floating the river, and full reimbursement for pickleball reservations. The den off the kitchen is a great extra living space or bedroom. Really nice house and great value. We would stay again!

Great communication, easy check-in and check-out. A very clean house that made each of us feel comfortable and at home. The neighborhood is quiet and serene as you are amongst the trees. Definitely a place worth staying at again.

Such a beautiful home and in such a great area! I highly recommend staying here if you plan on traveling anytime soon. The cabin is just a few minutes from Sun River Village where they offer fantastic food and even Ice Skating. Wouldn’t have changed a thing!

We had the privilege to stay at Redwood 7 the end of April 2021. The house fully stocked with everything a family would need. Management Company checked in with me a couple times making sure our stay was top notch and to see if we needed anything. I'm gladly giving a five star review. Our family spent spring break here in Sunriver (4 adults and 4 children). This was one of our best family vacations ever. The accommodations were excellent. The house was very clean! The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with all of the necessary kitchenware for meals and entertaining. There is a grill on the deck. The hot tub was clean and well maintained. The kids loved the extra family room with games and the bikes in the garage for exploring the Sunriver trails.
