Situated in a beautifully treed location on a quiet Sunriver street near the golf course, 49 Red Cedar offers the perfect combination of updated features, location, and comfort. This wonderful 2,200 square foot home will comfortably accommodate your group of up to ten guests.
You will feel ready to relax as soon as you step inside - the great room concept on the main floor features an open floor plan with upscale furnishings, a floor-to-ceiling river rock, gas fireplace, flat screen TV and deck access. Wood-laminate flooring runs throughout the entryway, kitchen and dining areas of the main floor. With its high-grade stainless appliances, stone counter tops and large island with bar seating, the kitchen is stocked with everything you might need, whether hosting a multi-course meal at the large wooden dining table or throwing a casual lunch out on the deck.
Head down the hall to find two bedrooms: a lovely king ensuite with flat screen TV, a private bathroom and sliding glass door opening onto the deck, and a guest bedroom, also with a king bed and flat screen TV. A full guest bathroom is located nearby in the hall. Follow the stairs up to the second floor to discover the 3rd and 4th bedrooms and another full guest bathroom. Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed and flat screen TV, while bedroom 4 makes a great kids retreat with 2 sets of Twin bunk beds and its own flat screen TV.
Step outside to find a large gas BBQ, patio and bench seating, and lounge chairs for soaking up the sun, all surrounded by a nicely landscaped backyard with one of the few manicured lawns in Sunriver - ideal for the kids to play off the back deck. An open-air hot tub is the perfect place to stargaze at night or warm up a chilly morning. The kids and the young at heart will have fun challenging each other to a friendly game of ping pong on the table in the garage.
When you are ready to explore Sunriver, head out for a ride along the miles of paved pathways on one of the 8 adult bikes provided with this vacation rental house.

Comfortable, layed out great, private areas for everyone. It has a nice groomed green grass in front and back which is nice for a pet friendly house, however 6 inches of snow on ground instead. BTW-pet friendly but no odors at all. Very clean and comfortable.

Easy and comfortable home for a family, or even two depending on the amount of people. Love the open floorpan and the fact that there are two king sized bedrooms downstairs, very easy for families with guests with limited mobility. Two comfortable rooms upstairs with a bathroom. Pet friendly but you'd never know pets had been in the home. The house had everything we needed and was really perfect overall for us! Everything was taken care of! Comfortable beds and linens, plenty of kitchenware, nice set up for family gatherings, bicycles and ping pong were great as well as the hot tub.

Love the new app with all the useful information. The only critique would be the hand written bike inventory in the garage. It appeared people had crossed out the original quantity and changed the #, it stated 7 but there were only 6 bikes present. Perhaps automate this into the app as well so there is no confusion and no questions.

We loved the house at 49 Red Cedar. We spent a week here and there was plenty of space for the seven of us. The way the house was laid out was perfect: we could all hang out in the living/dining area together, or anyone could retreat to their bedroom for some quiet time if desired. The deck was ideal, nice and private, with deer wandering casually by. Two years ago we stayed closer to Fort Rock Park; personally I preferred this location as it was quieter and much less traffic, but still easy access to bike/walking trails and the village. The kitchen had more than enough dishes and cookware and everything was in good condition. Would definitely rent this house again without question!

Lovely Home for Family Reunion

We needed a home with 2 master suites to accommodate our family. This house has a great layout for aging grandparents, 2 active younger kids, 2 teenagers and 4 parents to interact together and yet have space to themselves.<br/>The hot tub was great after skiing. <br/>The kitchen was better equipped than other reviews--it had everything we needed.

Spring Break in Sunriver

The house was very nice. Furniture and bedding were comfortable. The kitchen was missing a few basic items: 9x13 pan, there were only 6 adult forks, BBQ was sub-par - when we could not cook our meat we had to move it to the oven but there was no broiler pan or other type of pan to cook with in the oven. I did like the location/neighborhood.
