Updated throughout, this elegantly decorated, 3-bedroom Quelah condo offers something for everyone. Beautiful wood furniture, themed bedrooms, fine quality bedding and upgrades in every room give this condo distinct charm and character.
The living room features a classic, wood-burning fireplace, flat screen TV, and vaulted ceilings. The adjacent dining area has a large table with seating for 8. Step through the sliding glass door onto your private patio with a gas BBQ and outdoor seating - perfect for dining under the stars. The kitchen is well-stocked including a Keurig [bring your own pods, of course] and provides all the cookware needed to host a dinner party.
The first bedroom, with a queen bed, and a full bathroom are found on the main floor. Head upstairs to the second and third bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with 2 twin beds, and second full bathroom. All three bedrooms have flat screen TVs.
Guests in this home have special access to the private condo swimming pool (summer only) and tennis courts (hot tub currently being renovated), the courts are located just behind your deck, making a great opportunity to step out and challenge your group to a friendly game or simply sit back and watch the action.
Looking to explore Sunriver? 20 Quelah Condo is centrally situated in the heart of the resort, with the shops and restaurants in the Village at Sunriver, acres of green fairways at the 2 award-winning Sunriver golf courses, horseback riding, and lazy summertime floats along the Deschutes River all within a few miles of this home.
Head down the paved pathways on one of the 2 adult bikes provided with this condo; scenic Lake Aspen, the Oregon Observatory, and Sunriver Nature Center are found just around the corner!
This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.

The condo gets extremely hot from noon on as it faces west pull every fan out you can find and get it going. Other than this very nice condo, fully equipped, clean and remodeled

The condo seemed to have been updated as compared to the pictures online. It was a pleasant surprise! The condo was stocked well for cooking Thanksgiving dinner, which was another pleasant surprise. Great place and would highly recommend!

The condo is in a great location. It's very comfortable There were plenty of towels in the bathrooms and kitchen something that is often lacking in other places we've stayed. The home was clean. I think Bennington Properties does an excellent job of making sure their guests have everything they'll need to make the stay enjoyable.

This lodge is so cosy and warm and comfortable, and astoundingly well equipped - everything from muffin pans to a crock pot. The beds were wonderful and little dog biscuits and a water bowl were ready for our dog.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Great service from your staff when we had questions. The condo was nice. The only addition we would enjoy would be air conditioning added to the living and dining rooms. It was quite hot several of the days we were there and these two rooms were difficult to keep comfortable even when airing out at night. Thanks!

Great condo, well decorated in a rustic, yet upscale motif. Deck faces the tennis courts and pool, so afternoons can get a bit warm, but usually cools down well at night. Very clean.
