Escape to fresh mountain air and gorgeous high desert views at this Central Oregon vacation rental. Perfect for large groups, enjoy exclusive amenities like a private hot tub, a game room with a Pac-Man arcade game, and pinball machine, and enough space for up to 8! Of course, once you see this home’s cozy cabin-like interior, you might just be content spending a relaxing weekend indoors. A bi-level home with spacious rooms, a two-car garage, and modern conveniences, including WiFi and cable TV, you’ll have everything needed for a restful, comfortable stay.
When it’s chilly outdoors, throw a few logs in the fireplace to unwind with the heat of the 1st fireplace in the main living room, or head onto the deck for a soak in the hot tub. Movie time is best spent on the living area's colossal couch, which will fit the entire group, but then head upstairs to a second family room which provides additional gathering space for games, reading by the 2nd fireplace, playing some Texas hold ‘em at the card table, or snuggle up with a loved one on any of the comfortable seating, which includes two couches and several chairs. In the family/bonus room you will also find a wet bar with a mini fridge when you don't feel like tracking your Fitbit steps.
Though you’ll find these rooms quite accommodating, the fun does not have to stop there. Keep the good times going in a second level game room where your group can take turns playing an authentic arcade style Pac-Man video game or go for broke on a taxi-themed pinball machine.
With all these activities you’ll work up quite an appetite, so head back downstairs to fix a hearty meal in the generous kitchen. Well-stocked with a variety of cookware, modern appliances, and ample counters, the kitchen sits ready for all of your culinary creations. And when the meal is ready, eat together at the adjacent eight-chair dining table, or at the breakfast bar with seating for four. If the weather permits, dine al-fresco on the patio where you’ll be serenaded by the soothing sounds of nature.
At the end of a fun-filled day, retire for rejuvenating sleep in any of four bedrooms, three of which are located downstairs and one upstairs. Up to 8 guests are accommodated on queen beds in three bedrooms and a king bed in the master suite. Full of natural light from picture windows and simplistically furnished, the bedrooms are guaranteed to deliver a great night’s sleep, night after night.
Your day’s itinerary could also include a scenic hike to Benham Falls (go 13 miles north off Circle 7 for the trailhead), the family-friendly Oregon Observatory and Sunriver Nature Center (a little over a mile northwest) for spotting star constellations, taking in vivid night sky views and meeting an eagle or owl, or browsing boutique shops and quaint cafes at the Village at Sunriver shopping area, which is just a short walk west.
This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.
Family Reunion in Sunriver? Great! Book this home along with our 8 Quartz Mountain and 2 Quartz Mountain and have plenty of room for the whole family.

This is the perfect home for a family vacation. It is a fun house from top to bottom, including a game room and loft for the kids. The kitchen is well stocked, including a pancake griddle and champagne glasses. There is much to do in the immediate area, as well as many activities just a short drive away. We stayed there over the 2020 Covid Christmas and easily entertained 4 children ages 5 and under at the house - a hot tub, two fireplaces, a huge living room, and the dining room table seats 10 people. You can walk to the fabulous playground and lava rock forts in just a few minutes. Sunriver is halfway between San Francisco and Seattle - we can't wait to meet up with family again for a summer visit!

It's so clean! The home is really cozy, the game room is fun, there's a ton of room to spread out, and the community is quiet. We love this home!

This is the perfect house for families with teenagers! The game room and hot tub were a huge hit for our kids! We battled all weekend long for the high scores in Ms. PacMan and pinball. We will definitely return to this house!

We stayed with our son, daughter-in-law, and their two kids, ages 3 and 8 months. The floor plan is perfect for Gramma & Grampa to be upstairs and the rest of the family to be downstairs. There is plenty of room to play both upstairs and down. The game room is a huge bonus for all! Another great thing about this house is that right out the back door is a large open area with lots of fun adventures for littles. Also, very close to Ft Rock Park, another bonus. A big thank you to Kim at Bennington for being very flexible with us. We really appreciate it, and can't wait to stay in this house again!

The house was a lot of fun! There are 3 bedrooms down stairs (and 2 bathrooms) with a large living quarter. The couch is huge and could fit everybody in our party! Upstairs there a loft area and another bedroom with a bathroom. Then there is a bonus room equipped with free endless games of Miss Pac-Man, Pinball, and a pool table. We had some friends join us for dinner and the kids could not get enough of this room! The house is a bit older but comfy, large and tons to do. I highly recommend this house!

Great house for a bigger group. Game room is super fun and comfortable to hang out in. Kitchen is excellent. It has anything you might need and a nice layout for cooking in teams. Location is very nice – a nice bike ride to the village but far enough that you might burn off some of the Goody's carmel corn on the way back.

Awesome game room. Huge kitchen.

Great floor plan for families and perfect location
Alessandro - Bellevue
It is spacious and great for large groups. The bedrooms are private and silent. It is very well located close to everything in Sunriver, but if you plan to cycle, consider that there is a somehow steep ascent to get home that may be too hard for children. The patio and hot tub is great, the dining space and the family room are perfect. The secondary family room upstairs works great if you need a space for children and one for adults. In spite of its quality issues, the entertainment room upstairs works great. The six bicycles provided (even though only five were really usable) are more than enough for everyone to explore Sunriver. If you arrive at night or need to drive out at night, getting out of the driveway with a large vehicle is not completely trivial because of the poor exterior lighting and the driveway not being straight. You may want to park backwards.

Very nice home

I thought the house was well equipped and nicely cleaned except for the carpet. It was pretty disgusting.
