Of course, once you see this home’s cozy cabin-like interior, you might just be content spending a relaxing weekend indoors. A bi-level home with spacious rooms, a two-car garage, and modern conveniences, including WiFi and cable TV, you’ll have everything needed for a restful, comfortable stay.

When it’s chilly outdoors, throw a few logs in the fireplace to unwind with the heat of the 1st  fireplace in the main living room, or head onto the deck for a soak in the hot tub. Movie time is best spent on the living area's colossal couch, which will fit the entire group, but then head upstairs to a second family room which provides additional gathering space for games, reading by the 2nd fireplace, playing some Texas hold ‘em at the card table, or snuggle up with a loved one on any of the comfortable seating, which includes two couches and several chairs. In the family/bonus room you will also find a wet bar with a mini fridge when you don't feel like tracking your Fitbit steps. 

Though you’ll find these rooms quite accommodating, the fun does not have to stop there. Keep the good times going in a second level game room where your group can take turns playing an authentic arcade style Pac-Man video game or go for broke on a taxi-themed pinball machine.

With all these activities you’ll work up quite an appetite, so head back downstairs to fix a hearty meal in the generous kitchen. Well-stocked with a variety of cookware, modern appliances, and ample counters, the kitchen sits ready for all of your culinary creations. And when the meal is ready, eat together at the adjacent eight-chair dining table, or at the breakfast bar with seating for four. If the weather permits, dine al-fresco on the patio where you’ll be serenaded by the soothing sounds of nature.

At the end of a fun-filled day, retire for rejuvenating sleep in any of four bedrooms, three of which are located downstairs and one upstairs. Up to 8 guests are accommodated on queen beds in three bedrooms and a king bed in the primary suite. Full of natural light from picture windows and simplistically furnished, the bedrooms are guaranteed to deliver a great night’s sleep, night after night.

This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.
