This ground-level, updated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo backs up to a pine forest and offers easy access to the bike paths of Sunriver. There are two small, enclosed patios (with a grill), and the kitchen is fully appointed to make cooking a breeze.
Two bedrooms with Queen beds are nicely separated for privacy, with a full size sleeper sofa in the living room offering more room for your group to spread out. This condo also includes a washer and dryer in the unit.
Head out on the two adult bikes included with this rental to explore over 30 miles of paved pathways or visit the Village of Sunriver, golf courses, and all the Sunriver area has to offer. Please contact Bennington Properties office to make arrangements for bike access.
This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.

There is plenty of seating if having guests visit. We brought out bedroom chairs (2), and two small stools to seat nine of us. There was also a long bench at the end of one bed which could have been used. I appreciated having enough plates and silverware as well to serve pizza and spaghetti to guests. Be sure to put your hand over the lock when leaving to activate the lock.

This home is super clean and equipped with all that you need including 2 cruiser bikes!- 5-10 min bike ride to the village.

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo is clean and the kitchen is well stocked. Sunriver bike/walk paths go right by condo. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean. Fairly quiet area without the hustle and bustle of the village. A decent burger place and great bar 3 min walk from condo. The only downside is that the condo opens to the parking lot and the porch view is the garbage cans. Property management company is great! The check-in and out process is easy. They are available by phone, email and text and reply quickly. Enjoy your stay!
